1) Consumption before the start and after the end of working hours
We naturally respect your free time and your privacy. What you do in your free time is none of our business.
However, the consumption of intoxicating substances (e.g. cannabis), especially immediately before the start of a shift, must not result in you no longer being able to carry out your work without physical or mental impairment or danger to yourself or others (e.g. colleagues, customers or third parties). In this respect, we rely on your sense of responsibility.
At the end of your shift and when you leave the hub, please ensure that you are not wearing Flink uniforms if you consume intoxicating substances (e.g. cannabis) in public.
2) Consumption during working hours
The consumption of intoxicating substances (e.g. alcohol, cannabis) is strictly prohibited while on duty. Please note that this applies regardless of whether you are in a hub during your working hours or on your way to a customer or from a customer back to a hub.
The use of our e-bikes under the influence of alcohol, drugs and other intoxicating substances (e.g. cannabis) is strictly prohibited and may, in individual cases, have consequences under employment and/ or even criminal law.
3) Consumption in hubs outside of working hours
The consumption of intoxicating substances in our hubs outside of working hours (e.g. after the end of a shift) is strictly prohibited.
4) Other handling of intoxicating substances
The exchange or even trade of intoxicating substances in our hubs is strictly prohibited. Please note that this applies regardless of whether you are in a hub during your working hours or on your way to a customer or from a customer back to a hub.
