No-show policy

If you need to miss your shift, you must take the proper measures for your absence to be excused and inform your Hub Manager a minimum of 1 hour in advance that you won’t be able to make your shift. You can read about the proper steps regarding your absences here.

If your absence is not excused, it will automatically be logged into our system as a "no-show".

Our three-strike policy for “no-shows” results in your contract being terminated. Until the third strike, you will receive a reminder message to take action and, in case of no absence excuse, a warning for each "no-show" will be issued.

Important: Please note that if you fail to comply with the warnings received, you will be subject to further sanctions under labour law, which may include termination of your employment agreement, possibly even without notice.

If you can’t make your shift due to exceptional reasons, you can also contact your Hub Manager directly for approval. If not, your absence will automatically be logged into our system as a "no-show".
