We'll break down the nitty-gritty details of how we crunch the numbers, and make it even more thrilling, and some pro tips to level up in each role. It's like getting a backstage pass to your own success show!

How to improve

Deliveries per online hour

Number of orders delivered divided by hours spent online in the Workforce App

Our main priority is your safety. When striving to improve this metric, please

ensure to cycle carefully!

Provide more availability during peak hours, stick to the app suggested delivery routes, accept more trips and minimize time spent at customer & to leave the Hub.

If you support the hub with other activities, make sure to ask your Shift Lead to put you temporarily offline.

Acceptance rate

Total number of trip offers you accepted, divided by the number of trips offered to you

Make sure to accept all trips and when helping out with other hub tasks, ensure your Shift Lead switches your status to temporary offline.

Average time at customer

Total time spent at customer divided by the number of orders delivered

If you are struggling to find a customer, call them via the app.

In order to make sure your calls to customers go through, make sure your phone number is correct in the Workforce App.

Trips on time compliance

Percentage of trips legs completed within Google estimated riding time. Trip legs could either be hub-to-customer, customer-to-customer (for stacked orders) as well as customer-to-hub

Our main priority is your safety. When striving to improve this metric, please

ensure to cycle carefully!

Follow the suggested delivery routes, swipe as soon as the destination is reached. Cycle efficiently & don’t forget about the safety!

*All delivery-related stats (completed orders, offered trips, completed trips and tips) are linked to your personal Workforce App/Quinyx account - if you have delivered orders using a different hub account, those will not be counted.

How to improve

No-shows and shift lateness

The number of shifts where you didn’t show up to the shift and failed to submit a sickness request in a timely manner or punched in more than 15 minutes after the planned shift start time.

Punch in before every shift and be on time.

You must show up for all your assigned shifts. If you are sick, call your Hub Manager ASAP and submit your absence request within 24 hours.

Availability hours

The number of available hours you submitted during hub opening hours.

Submit availability worth 1.5 times your contract hours each week, during hub opening hours, at least 1 week in advance.

For example: 20-hour contract requires 30 weekly available hours

Tip: The more availability you submit, the higher your chances of getting preferred shifts.

Targets displayed in the App are based on your home hub performance during a selected period and therefore change depending on the period (completed week / last day)
