Please make sure to always keep your rider gear, such as the jackets, gloves etc. always clean and functioning. The rider gear is meant to help and assist you with your riding responsibilities so keeping them clean should always be a priority.

For cleaning you can use the common methods which are used to clean winter jackets. You can also ask your Hub Manager or Shift lead for advice.

Please always make sure that the bike equipment, such as the bike saddle bags, backpacks, thermo-bags, rain jackets, etc. are clean and in working condition. If they are damaged or unclean please let your Hub Manager or shift lead know about them.

We've teamed up with Persil to ensure all shared gear (backpacks, thermo-bags, rain jackets, and rain trousers) are washed and cleaned to the highest hygiene standards – as well as increase the lifecycle of each product. Every hub can simply send off all gear to be washed as needed via their Hub Manager or Shift Lead.

Please expect 7 business days for your replacement gear to reach your assigned hub. While you wait for your gear to arrive, please reach out to your Shift Lead who can provide you with some substitute gear.
