If you are sick/unable to work, it is possible for you to have another teammate take your shift. If you already found someone who is able to take your shift, please inform your Shift Lead or Hub Manager about it. They will take care of the swap if approved. If you are sick/unable to work your scheduled shift, and you haven't swapped it or found anyone to take over, you are asked to create an “Absence” - and you can do this in Quinyx. Check this article here to learn how to request an absence in Quinyx.
