Doorbells in Germany normally consist of the tenants' last name. The correct name is either mentioned in the customer's notes or above in the delivery screen. ​

If the customer notes requires translation, in the Workforce app, press the ‘copy’ icon next to the notes section and paste it into any translation app. We recommend downloading the DeepL app. ​

If you are unable to find the customer's name or the notes are insufficient to find the customer, call the customer by clicking the phone icon in the Workforce App. ​
