Hub Manager
The Hub Manager is responsible for the general management of a hub and making sure that all daily operations are running smoothly. They are the supervisor of all hub employees, takes more strategic decisions as well and oversees recruiting, planning and absence requests and many more day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Shift Lead
A Shift Lead makes sure we are keeping to our promise of delivering in minutes. Supervising all the picking, dispatching and other related operations.
Ops Associates
The Warehouse Ops is responsible for the hub inventory control, supporting the products receiving, stock counts, and freshness checks. An Ops Associate also has the responsibility of order picking. They pick up the customer's ordered items and pack them. Every new incoming order needs to be picked, packaged, and handed over to the rider. Apart from that, the OA also supports different tasks within store operations such as shelf replenishment, cleaning, etc.
Rider
The Rider is always in motion. They receive the order from the OA, delivers it swiftly to our customers, and returns to the Hub. During idle times, they support OA's and Shift Leads on various tasks at the Hub.
