Returned Bags are orders/bags that come back to the Hub due to refused acceptance from customers, failing to meet the customer, or cancellations.

Instructions
If the order is canceled by the customer through Customer Service, your Hub will be notified through the Customer Support channel in Slack.
Your Shift Lead must inform the Rider immediately and the bags have to come back to the Hub.
The goods are inbounded back in by the Shift Lead or Ops Associate and stored in their respective shelves.
If there are dairy products in the returned bags, they are measured with the help of an infrared thermometer and checked if they still have the right temperature, so that they can be inbound and stored away.
The order number with the respective reason (e.g.: "customer was not present at the delivery address.") must be posted in the Customer Support channel after the inbounding of the goods.
