How do I check in/out (punch in/out) when I start/end my shift?

You are asked to check in and check out (punch in/out) when you start/end your shifts, as well as for the breaks in between.

Here’s why:

According to German law, employees are required to take a 30-minute break after 6 hours of work or a 45-minute break after 9 hours of work. This means that whenever you work more than 6 or 9 hours, Quinyx will automatically deduct 30 or 45 minutes of break time if you have not punched out for a break. This is why for clearer calculation of work hours please punch-out during your breaks.

Please note:

  • Each employee uses their employee number (visible on My Page in Quinyx app, under your name).

  • Warnings will be displayed if you are late or not-scheduled (and will be visible in manager schedule)

  • You must punch in/out for the shifts and breaks in between

Here is how:

For ALL hubs, even those without tablets:

Punching in at the start of your shift

  1. Go into Flunch on the Quinyx tablet or the hub computer (accessible at https://webpunch.goflink.com/) and type in your Quinyx badge number.
