What's the Referral Policy?
We're on a mission to create the ultimate Flink Rider community, and we want your help! Refer your friends and family to join the rider squad, and we'll give you a little something in return. Sounds good, right?
Who's eligible?
All employees in Germany (except Minijobbers), you're in!
Terms and Conditions
Your referred pal needs to complete 5 shifts in the first 4 weeks and rock a whole month with zero no-shows. Easy peasy!
Payout Deets
Drumroll, please! The magic numbers are 100 EUR (gross) for you, the referrer, and a cool 50 EUR (gross) for your friend, the referee. All in the next payroll.
How to Refer Someone
Open the Workforce app > Tab list on the top-left corner > "Invite Friends" > Grab your referral code.
Share your special referral link (you'll find it in the Workforce App) with your friends and any future Flinkers you know (check out the screenshots for guidance).
Your friend gets hired, completes a full month and works at least 5 shifts in the first 4 weeks without any no-shows.
We welcome them to the Flink Family, and you both get the bonus – €100 (gross) for you and €50 (gross) for your friend, added to their next salary.
