💭 What are Coaching Power Sessions?

Think of these as your private "pit stop" for professional success. They are 25-minute, 1:1 digital sessions with an expert coach, designed to help you talk through work hurdles and find your best way forward. It’s a safe, confidential space dedicated entirely to you and your journey here at Flink!

We have teamed up with <a href="https://www.ninaweid.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Nina Weid</a>, an expert leadership coach who specializes in scale-ups. Nina knows the fast-paced world of Flink inside and out. She’s here to provide a 100% confidential space for you to dive deep into your professional goals.

Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't wait!
