Urban Sports Club offers a flexible sports flatrate membership. Using the USC platform, members can choose from 50+ activities - ranging from classic gym workout, swimming, yoga, or bouldering, to team sports and lots more - onsite and online. Variety, flexible conditions as well as team sports and wellness are offered.

What are the membership packages and terms?
You can choose from three membership packages (M,L and XL) at discounted rates.
See here for the packages, terms and pricing. Please note, membership is month-to-month (as per the calendar month) and renews automatically unless you actively cancel the membership.
How do I sign-up?
Step 1: Go to https://urbansportsclub.com/en/goflink
Step 2: Select which monthly membership package (M,L and XL) you would like to sign up to by clicking âJoin the Clubâ below the relevant package
Step 3:
Select which city you will primarily be accessing onsite classes (âmembership cityâ). You can only use this benefit in Germany. Please do not attempt to sign up from outside Germany as you will not be able to make use of any onsite classes outside of Germany.
Complete your personal contact information and set your login details.
We recommend you use your goflink email for application unless you already have a formerly registered personal USC account

Can I sign up anytime?
The corporate memberships are monthly in accordance to the calendar month i.e. start on the 1st of the month and end at the last day of each month. If you would like to sign up and use the benefit in the current month or for the next month, you must do so before the 15th of the month.
Thereafter, all requests will be manually approved (by the People Team).
For our January2023 launch, we will aim to approve all requests by 2 January 2023.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
You may choose to upgrade or downgrade your membership directly via your profile on the USC webpage or app
Downgrade: Downgrading a membership can only occur at the beginning of each month (e.g. move from L to M). Any request for a downgrade must take place at least 3 days to the end of the month.
Upgrade: Upgrades can be requested and triggered at any point within a month. If you request an upgrade within the month, you will be required to pay the upgraded amount for the full month (i.e. if request upgrade from M to L mid-month, you will pay the full L fee for that month). Requests for an upgrade for the next month can also be requested at any time.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your monthly membership, you must do so at the latest 3 days before the end of the current month. This can be done via your profile directly on the USC website or app.
Can I use USC anywhere in Germany?
Yes. Please see here to see which venues are available in each city.
Can I use USC outside of Germany?
No. You can only use this benefit in Germany. Please do not attempt to sign up from outside Germany as you will not be able to make use of any onsite classes outside of Germany.
Where can I find my SAP âPersonnel Numberâ?
Login into SAP SuccessFactors
Go to âMy Profileâ
Then, go to âPersonal Information
Then, go to âBiographical Informationâ
In âBiographical Information, you can find your SAP âPerson IDâ.
Input this number into âPersonnel Numberâ input field during the sign-up flow with USC
What happens if I already have a USC membership - How do I convert to a Flink package?
If you already have an active USC membership in your personal capacity, to make use of the Flink discounted packages, you will need to cancel your membership and sign-up as per the above process to your preferred Flink membership package.
