Ops Committee
Transparent and open communication is important in the way we work at Flink. We want our Hub employees to play an active part in key decisions at Flink with their ideas and critical feedback. Therefore, Flink Ops Committees will be established for every relevant business. The Flink Ops Committees will provide a platform for employees in our hubs to openly discuss and bring forward issues, initiatives, criticism, and ideas that are relevant to them to our management team.
Our role in the Ops Committees and the Hub Council:
Hub Council
The Hub Council's purpose is to promote exchange between the committees and with management. For this purpose, a quarterly meeting shall be held which will be convened by the Managing Director and is attended by the Hub Council and the management boards. A semi-annual meeting will take place between the Hub Council and the Founders.
How the Hub Council is established:
The chair of each Ops Committee will become a member of the Hub Council.

The SE Works Council is an employee representation body representing our employees in Germany and the Netherlands. You will find information on its members and achievements here very soon!
