💸 The Rewards: Your Referral Bonus

We offer competitive bonuses based on the type of role you help us fill. Please note that all bonus amounts mentioned are gross:

Critical Roles: €2,000 for our most demanding hiring needs.
Core Roles: €1,500 for essential growth positions.
Standard Roles: €500 for all other successful hires.

Students & Interns at Flink can earn a €250 Flink Voucher for bringing in top talents from their network.

Every month, we shine a spotlight on a critical hiring need. If you refer a candidate who is successfully hired for the designated Role of the Month, you will receive an additional €500 bonus on top of your payout!

📈 How types of roles are Set: Our Leadership Team determines priority levels by evaluating the strategic urgency and business impact of each role in relation to our current growth targets. This way, you always know exactly where your network can make the biggest difference for Flink’s future.

🚀 How to Make a Referral

Here’s the process:

Spot an Open Role: Keep an eye on our Flink Career Page. To ensure the Talent Acquisition team can review profiles against clear requirements, please only refer candidates for specific, currently posted positions.
Submit via SmartRecruiters: This is the most important step! To be eligible for a bonus, you must submit your referral through SmartRecruiters.

⚠️ Speed is key: To stay eligible for your bonus, you must submit the referral before the candidate applies on their own (like LinkedIn or our website). If they are already in our system, we unfortunately cannot count it as a referral.

Get Your Bonus: Once your referral is hired, the reward process kicks off automatically.

📋 The Important Details

Who is Eligible? All HQ Flinkers can participate! This includes our working students and interns, who are eligible to receive a €250 Flink voucher as a reward for their successful referrals. The only exceptions are members of the Senior Leadership Team, the Talent Acquisition team, and the direct hiring manager for the specific role being filled.
You are eligible for the bonus as long as you are the first person to introduce the candidate to Flink via SmartRecruiters. Even if your referral is hired for a different role than the one you originally suggested, you still get the reward!
Payout Schedule: All bonuses are gross amounts. They are paid in two stages via your monthly salary: 50% on the new hire’s start date and the remaining 50% after they successfully complete their first 6 months with us.
