Julian is a food delivery veteran. Like his two co-founders he started his career in consulting at Bain & Company. He then co-founded foodora - a restaurant delivery platform in 2015. After an aggressive expansion throughout Europe, foodora was acquired by DeliveryHero where the team also took over the management of the foodpanda markets in Asia. After leaving DH in 2019, Julian spent a few months in Paris to fulfill his dream of going to cooking school. He then joined Softbank where he spent most of 2020 working with the LatAm Delivery Unicorn Rappi. At Flink he leads Product & Tech, Marketing and Rider Operations. Julian loves good food and exploring new restaurants. He also is a passionate amateur musician - playing the piano and singing for his wife who he lives with in Berlin.

Mariana moved all the way from SĂŁo Paulo to Berlin few years ago following a professional opportunity. Even if a large part of her career took place at early stage startups, she is still astonished at the pace things move at Flink and how much impact each of the teams and individuals can have. For those still getting adapted to the new rhythm, she highly recommends Blitzcaling by Chris Yeah and Reid Hoffman and its key lessons on âembracing chaosâ and âletting fires burnâ. In her free time, Mariana enjoys practicing sports - specially basketball - and is always up for a table tennis challenge. Also, she enjoys travelling, listening to Brazilian music and practicing percussion. Since Flink started, Mariana claims to have never stepped into a supermarket again. Her most-ordered Flink item is the Starbucks coffee, which serves as a breakfast replacement in those busy mornings

Marius is originally from Frankfurt in Germany, where he was born and spent most of his youth. He studied Business at a small Business school close to Koblenz. After graduating and before joining Flink, he moved to London to work for JP Morgan specialising in interest rates. Cooking, wine, diving and golf are his favourite hobbies.

After his master's studying mechanical engineering and masters in engineering management at TU Berlin, Sahil started off his career in product management in the delivery industry with Foodora. Working across many different teams and almost all sides of the delivery industry including Consumer B2B, Consumer growth and location, and restaurant products, he then moved into a consultant role at Delivery Hero and started his own company in India in the Pet industry. Moving back to Berlin, Sahil joined the logistics sector at Delivery Hero before coming to Flink and heading the last mile product team which is one of the youngest teams in the Engineering department. His hobbies include road cycling, travelling and photography. Fun fact - Sahil worked as a Rider for Foodora for 6 months, before progressing to a product manager.

Robin joined Flink in March 2021 to set up the Benelux business. German by origin he moved to the Netherlands 2018, learned the language, gained some experience in the Dutch restaurant delivery industry at Deliveroo and got used to the Dutch tradition of eating sandwiches for lunch. He loves to bring smart people together to work on a topic we're all passionate about - bringing the grocery revolution to the Benelux. In his free time Robin is passionate about kitesurfing - the rougher and windier the Dutch coast, the better.
