To reduce the risk of theft and protect company goods, we have a procedure for randomized employee bag checks at the end of shifts. Random checks will be executed in a fair and consistent manner, always conducted in front of a camera and or with a third-person witness.
This policy applies to both our hub employees and our HQ employees.
When selected for a check, the employee must open their bag and display all contents clearly, allowing the supervisor (part of the hub leadership team) to visually verify items without physically touching personal belongings whenever possible.
If you bring personal goods into the hub at the start of your shift that are also sold by the company, you must inform the person in charge of the shift upon arrival to prevent any misunderstanding during the check.
If theft is proven, during checks or in general, the consequences are severe: the person will be sent home on non-active , a police report will always be filed, termination process will be initiated and an additional administrative fine will be charged.
