Hiring Targets are specific goals that need to be hit when it comes to hiring Riders and Ops Associates. Targets are updated every week and aligned between area managers and workforce growth.

The hiring targets for Ops Associates and Riders are updated every week. The Hub Manager, supported by the Area Manager, set a target until Monday 12pm. Once this deadline is reached, the targets are pushed to the growth team to hire the desired amount of people/hours.

Note: open target from the previous week are added to the current target automatically.
