🔄 Restocking V2 Priorities - Go Live Wednesday 27 May

A smarter restocking flow is coming to your hub this Wednesday, thanks to your feedback - designed to help OAs tackle the most critical shelves first and reduce picking delays.

Why the change?

Out-of-stock situations and high picking times often happen because products are restocked in the wrong order. The new priority system helps you to prioritize your restocking list, so you’ll know exactly which items need attention most urgently.

What’s new?

  • Priorities for each product: Each product has now a priority (high, medium, or low) based on avg sales and predicted time until out of stock.

  • Priority filters & sorting: Your restocking list will now be sorted by priority, so the most critical products appear at the top. You can also filter to focus on high-priority items - great for busy periods.

  • Facings visible on all screens: You can now see the facing count throughout the entire restocking flow. No more jumping between screens to check shelf capacity.

The New Process:

  • Check the Lists: Each item in the Restocking List has a Priority assigned.

  • Tackle High Priority: Restock the High Priority items first to avoid long picking times and skipped items.

  • Restocking Step: Items are sorted by Shelf Number as before. Priorities are indicated through icons.

  • Complete the Task: Note: After the item is marked as Restocked, priority and facings information disappear.

Check out all information about the Update here: Restocking V2

From Wednesday morning, you’ll see the new priority view when you open the restocking screen - just make sure HubOne is updated to the most recent version.

Thanks for helping us keep our shelves stocked and our customers happy! 🚀

📋 Additional Outbound Reasons during Inbound - Live Today!

📍 Please note: This update applies to non-Rewe suppliers only.

We’ve updated the outbound-during-inbound flow in HubOne to give you more precision when reporting issues at delivery.

Why the change?

Until now, you only had 2 reasons to choose from when marking a product as outbound during inbound. The problem? With just 2 broad categories, it was hard to accurately capture why something was being rejected — which made it difficult for our Supply Chain team to contest supplier invoices and recover costs.

As of today, 26 May, you now have 5 reasons to choose from. More detail = better data = more successful claims with our suppliers.

The 5 outbound reasons at a glance:

Outbound reasons phone and table

⚠️ Please use the most accurate reason when marking outbound during inbound. Every correct entry helps us recover money that Flink would otherwise be charged for.

The new reasons are already live in the app - just update HubOne to the newest version, and next time you’re doing inbound and need to mark something as outbound, you’ll see the updated list.

Thanks for helping us keep our claims process as accurate as possible!
