š¢ [Reminder] Share your Feedback on the Late-Night Cancellation Updates
Recently, we introduced an additional step for cancelling late-night orders due to "insufficient staffing." For certain orders, you will now see a prompt asking you to double-check the cancellation before hitting confirm. This was designed to help us reduce avoidable cancellations and ensure we provide the best possible experience for our customers during the final hours of the shift.
How is it working for you?
Now that the feature has been live for a short while, we want to know how it feels on the ground. Is it clear? Is it helpful? Is it slowing you down?
We need your honest feedback to help us fine-tune this feature and make sure it works for you, not against you.
š Please share your feedback in our 2-minute Google Form
It only takes a few moments to complete, but your input is essential to helping us improve our hub tools. Thanks for helping us get it right!
š§ HOM Quiz Q1: We Need Your Voice!
We are currently running the Q1 Hub Operating Model (HOM) Quiz, and the results are starting to trickle in. However, we have a way to go to reach our target!
Why is this so important?
This quiz is not a test of your personal performance. It is a diagnostic tool for the entire company. When you and your OA+, SL, and HM teams take this quiz, you are telling us exactly where our training is working and, more importantly, where it is falling short.
By participating, you directly influence:
Targeted Training: We wonāt waste your time with training you already know; weāll build better resources for the "grey areas" you identify.
Process Improvements: If multiple hubs miss a specific question, it tells us the process or rollout was confusing, not the people.
Better Support: Your honest answers ensure every leader gets the tools and knowledge needed to run a successful hub.
The Details
Who: All Hub Leadership (OA+, SLs, and HMs).
Where to find it: Open your WF App -> Trainings section. Alternatively, search your email inbox for the direct invite that was sent in March.
Time: The assessment consists of 15ā20 quick questions.
Honesty is Key: It is 100% anonymous. We need the real picture of our current operations to make real changes.
Letās Bridge the Gap: We saw a solid baseline score in Q4. Letās see how much weāve grown and where we still need to climb. Your participation is the most important step in building a more informed and efficient team!

š² Picking Update: Order Summary Screen when scanning order via QR code - GoLive Wednesday
We are releasing a new HubOne Picking Update:
When you scan an order via QR code, you will start seeing the order summary, instead of starting right away as before.
In the Picking Start Screen you will now see the current order state. This helps you to understand if the order has already been picked or started picking.
The possible order states are:
Pending: Order is Ready to Picking - if it has never been picked
In Progress: Order has been started but not finished (could be that picking was abandoned or that it is currently being picked by someone else)
Completed: Picking has been started and completed
š“ [Reminder] Extending Shifts at the End of a Rider's Schedule
As a reminder: following our update from a few months ago, during low PDT periods, any rider is automatically punched out at the end of their shift.
If you find yourself with a high volume of open orders and want to keep a rider on, you can extend their shift manually in Quinyx - here's how:
If you catch it before the shift ends: Extend the shift in Quinyx and the rider will remain punched in and can continue delivering straight away.
If the shift has already ended: Extend the shift in Quinyx anyway, then have the rider punch back into the same shift (you might need to wait up to 5 minutes).
We hope this helps keep things running smoothly during busy periods! If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to #tech_hub_service-de for support.
š« Elimination of Special Task Shifts
Starting next week, we are changing how regularly recurring tasks are scheduled. Separate "Special Task" shifts will be discontinued and integrated into the regular roster.
What does this mean for you?
All current Special Task assignments must now be scheduled as normal Rider or Ops Associate shifts.
Specific implementation (examples):
Fleet & Equipment:
Schedule the shift as a normal rider shift "on top".
Add the comment "Fleet".
Set the rider to offline using the reason "Equipment" (a new reason "Special Task" will be launched soon).
Bakery Pick-up:
Schedule this as a regular rider shift "on top" as well.
Add the comment "Bakery".
Set the rider to offline using the reason "Large Order Support".
Shelf Changes
Important: Please use the hubās goflink account to access the link. Access requests from private email addresses will be declined.
The changes will go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00. Please reorder the products tonight or tomorrow morning. Be careful to only follow the file with your exact hub name and code.
