To run a successful Hub, our leaders need more than just experience; they need the right tools and knowledge. Currently, our overall training completion stands at 42%.
Why Completion Matters
To lead with confidence and set the gold standard for our OAs and Riders, every Leader and Hub Manager must be proficient in:
Health & Safety: Ensuring a secure environment for everyone.
Labour Law & Compliance: Protecting our people and the business.
KPIs: Understanding the metrics that drive our success.
Basic OA Training: You cannot manage a process you haven’t mastered yourself.
A Foundation for Succession
Training is the backbone of succession planning. By insisting that your new leadership members complete their modules, you are building a strong foundation for a smooth-running Hub. When your team is fully trained, they can run shifts with confidence, allowing the Hub to operate effectively even when you aren't on the floor.
Setting the Example
It starts at the top. We’ve noticed that many Hub Managers haven't engaged with the portal recently. To expect excellence from your team, you must model it. Being able to answer questions on-site without reaching out to HQ doesn't just save time, it builds your authority and credibility.
The Goal: We want our Hub Managers, SLs, and OA+ candidates to be the most knowledgeable people on the floor.

We’ve expanded our range to ensure customers get exactly what they love, with the variety they expect.
Rescue Bag XL: Just like our regular bag, but packed with even more high-value items for those looking for a bigger haul.
Fish, Meat & Sausage Bag: A dedicated bag for protein-lovers, including beef, chicken, pork, and cold cuts.
Note: Please do not include vegan meat in these specific bags.
Cat Food Bag: A specialised bag for cat food and other cat-related products.
Dog Food Bag: A bag for dog food and other dog-related products.

📲 Say Hello to Rescue Bag Builder V2
To make building these bags easier and more consistent, we are launching Rescue Bag Builder V2 in HubOne. This update introduces "Smart Rules" to automate quality control and prevent common customer complaints.
Key Quality Features:
Guidelines Pop Up: When you start to create a new bag, a guideline pop-up with all the relevant details will show. This can be accessed again at any time by pressing the (i) icon at the top of the screen
Category Validation: The system now automatically blocks incompatible items (like household products in a bakery bag), ensuring customers get what they paid for.
Variety Thresholds (SKU Min/Max): To prevent bags from having too much of just one item, the builder now requires a minimum number of unique SKUs and sets a maximum quantity per item.
Value Protection: Every bag must now stay within a specific minimum and maximum value range to ensure fairness and satisfaction.

The goal isn't just to fill a bag; it's to provide a high-quality surprise. When building your bags, remember:
Ensure Variety: Always aim for as many different products as possible. If you have enough for 5 regular bags, consider making 1 Meat bag, 1 Fruit & Veg bag, and 1 XL bag instead to offer more choice.
Check the Condition: Only include items that are slightly damaged or nearing expiration but are still perfectly safe and pleasant to consume. Never include products with signs of rot or mould.
Follow the Pop-Up: When you start a bag in Builder V2, a guidelines pop-up will show you the exact requirements for that type, use it as your checklist!.
By focusing on these new standards, we move away from generic bags and toward specific, high-quality offerings that our customers will love.

📢 Enrolment Certificates Update - Summer Semester 2026
450 employees have not yet uploaded their matriculation certificates for the upcoming semester, and their previous certificates expire on March 31, 2026.
We will start pausing employees with missing matriculation certificates on the 1st of April, and we will start processing terminations on the 7th of April. Terminations will not be revoked if certificates are sent after termination has been processed.
Kindly review your Cluster Sheets immediately and remind the affected employees to upload their documents without further delay and without affecting operations.
