To proactively manage inventory quality and slow down ripening before the high-demand weekend, please ensure the following SKUs are placed in a designated chilled/refrigerated area on Wednesday, December 24th, before closing time:
Cucumber & Mini Cucumber
Tomatoes / Cherry Tomatoes
Zucchini
Clementines
Pears (Abate variety)
Bell Peppers (Paprika)
Goal: This measure is crucial to maintaining product freshness and availability for the post-holiday demand.
If this is not possible in your hub, please change the status of your hub to ānot possibleā in here by tomorrow EOD
