đ° In This Week's Issue:
đ§ HOM Quiz Update!
A huge thank you to everyone who has already completed the HOM (Hub Operating Model) Quiz. Weâre now at 203 completions, great progress, but it also means there are still many of you who havenât taken part yet.
This quiz is your opportunity to make your voice heard and help shape how future training and support are designed. The more responses we gather, the clearer our understanding will be of whatâs working well and where additional guidance is needed across our hubs.
âąď¸ If you havenât completed it yet, please take a few minutes today. Every response truly makes a difference.
Where to find it: Check you email or login into the WF app and access it via the training section.
If youâre experiencing any issues accessing the quiz or need support, please reach out to David Hunt on Slack or via email.
Letâs continue working together to build the strongest version of our hub operations! đŞ

Monthly Delistings
đŚ Starting last week, we launched a monthly delisting round in addition to the ongoing weekly delisting process. This round is designed to clean up the 999X shelves by identifying and removing items that were incorrectly received or previously delisted during weekly rounds but not yet outbounded.
Moving forward, this monthly delisting will take place on the first Tuesday of each month. Please ensure that all affected items are properly outbounded to keep our shelves accurate and organized.
You will find hub-specific lists in the Google Drive folder below:
