šŸ”Ž 2nd Inventory Check to Prepare the Monthly Empties OKR

On Friday, 21st November (EOD), we will carry out our second Empties Inventory Check. This inventory check is an essential step towards establishing our new Empties OKR, which will include both regular inventory checks and daily TRT uploads as core components.

Why are we doing this?

We aim to build a solid and transparent Empties OKR. Monthly inventory checks and daily uploads will help us work more systematically, minimize losses, and detect discrepancies early.

How does it work?

Please count the physically available empties in your hub at the end of the day after the REWE delivery and enter the exact quantities into the Inventory Check Form.

Important reminder:

Please do not confuse this form with the daily TRT upload form.

If an error message appears after selecting your hub, simply ignore it; the form will still work.

Thank you for your support and commitment in driving this important initiative forward! And no worries, we will inform you about the details of the OKR, when it is ready to go live.

Workforce Updates

āš ļø Underperformance warnings reminder

  • Before issuing any underperformance warning, you must discuss the matter with the employee in person first. This step is required by our Legal team to ensure that all warnings are valid and compliant.

Thank you for ensuring this procedure is followed consistently.

ā›” Contract changes tickets reminder

  • Please do not solve approved contract change–related tickets on your own. Doing so can cause delays in SAP updates from our side. To help us process signed contract amendments promptly, please follow the established process and allow our team to handle these tickets accordingly.

Shelf Changes & Weekly Delistings

Important: Please use the hub’s goflink account to access the link. Access requests from private email addresses will be declined.

The changes will go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00. Please reorder the products tonight or tomorrow morning. Be careful to only follow the file with your exact hub name and code.

Monthly Delistings

šŸ“¦ Starting last week, we launched a monthly delisting round in addition to the ongoing weekly delisting process. This round is designed to clean up the 999X shelves by identifying and removing items that were incorrectly received or previously delisted during weekly rounds but not yet outbounded.

Moving forward, this monthly delisting will take place on the first Tuesday of each month. Please ensure that all affected items are properly outbounded to keep our shelves accurate and organized.

You will find hub-specific lists in the Google Drive folder below:
