Key updates you can't miss

šŸš€ New Feature Launch: Inbound Deviation Checks (Starting Wednesday Morning)

We’re excited to introduce a new process to make our stock management more accurate and efficient!

Until now, we’ve used the Inbound Checker to spot discrepancies between expected and actual inbound quantities. When mismatches occurred, we had to apply generic stock corrections.

For the new checks to work correctly, delivery check-in must be followed

What’s changing?

  • With the launch of Inbound Deviation Checks, dedicated stock checks will be created automatically whenever there’s a mismatch between expected and inbounded quantities.

  • If the deviation is later resolved (e.g. additional units are inbounded), the checks will be deleted automatically.

  • As soon as a check is triggered for a product, it will be removed from the Inbound Checker, so no need to check it twice.

What do you need to do?

  • Complete the Inbound Deviation Checks only after you’ve finished inbounding for a product category.

  • Count all the items of the product in the hub to double-check the inventory is correct.

  • Make sure all checks are cleared by the end of the day.

  • The checks are displayed in your daily KPI Sendout under check completion, they are classified as; inventory_discrepancy

This update will help us keep stock more accurate, save time, and improve our overall hub performance.

šŸš€ Order Assignment - New Logic (Starting Wednesday Morning)

In order to reduce Flow Switches, we’ve changed the logic of pushing the Order to Pickers.

How does the new logic work?

Monthly Delistings
