Key Updates You Can't Miss
Introducing Peter Plan - Go Live Thursday, 23 July
👋 Meet Peter Plan - your always-on AI staffing assistant, right in your ops channels.
Ask it like you would a colleague. It checks your hub's live numbers + the order forecast and gives you a clear staffing call - with the reasoning.
What it recommends:
• Top up - add a short shift for a peak or high FFT
• Extend - stretch existing shifts when that's smarter
• Remove - drop a top-up when demand falls (protect UTR)
• Cover - turn a sick call / no-show into an NS+ shift
• Hold & flag - push back when more staff won't help, escalate thin schedules
It advises, you decide - no shifts created, no Quinyx changes (yet). Your ✅/❌ teaches it.
🚀 Going live in rider-ops Thursday, 23 July. It's learning on the go - give feedback where you can, and bear with us early on. 🙏
Rider Awareness Trainings — Live Now
As part of our push to improve the customer experience around riders — both on the street and at the customer's door — we've created two short, new rider trainings.
Why the change?
Riders are the face of Flink for most customers. The problem? How a rider looks and behaves at handover shapes how customers feel about their whole order — and until now we had no simple, consistent way to set that standard. These two trainings give every rider the same clear expectations.
What's new?
Two short trainings, both already live in the Training section of the WF App:
Look Like Flink: rider appearance and being recognisable on the street — gear, helmet & safety, equipment.
You Are the Face of Flink: behaviour at the customer door — greeting, eye contact, handover, goodbye.
We'll be sharing them with riders directly in the WF Newsletter on Thursday. Please make sure the riders in your hub complete both — they're short and can be done on a phone.
🚲 What's next: This is a first step towards something bigger. Soon we'll add a dedicated rider rating feature, letting customers rate their riders — and riders will see their own ratings in the app. Getting these trainings done now sets your riders up to put their best foot forward before ratings go live.
Shelf Changes & Delistings
In the Google Drive folder you'll find the G-Sheet files for all hubs affected by the shelf changes. Only follow the sheet that exactly matches your hub's name, and be careful to use the matching hub code when downloading. Find the file here.
Please try accessing the link using your hub's goflink account — access requests from private email addresses will be declined.
Some notes on the sheets:
The sheets are hub-specific — only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.
"SKU": the SKU that needs to be moved to another shelf.
"oldShelf" (4th column): if empty or 999X, we've just assigned this product to your hub — store it in the shelf shown under "newShelf".
"newShelf" (5th column): if empty or 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.
If both "oldShelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
"Delisting Status" (8th column): if it says Delisted, the SKU has been delisted in your hub — please add it to your rescue bag tomorrow morning.
Changes go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00 — please reorder/rearrange the products tonight or tomorrow morning.
Any questions? Reach out to Max Wähnke. Thank you! 🙌
