Weekly To Do's
📲 Update The Workforce App On iPhones (v1.86)
A new Workforce App update is available for iOS (version 1.86). It fixes the issue where riders were seeing outdated trip information, such as trips that were already completed or unassigned.
📋 Action required:
Ask all iPhone users in your hub to update their app to version 1.86 as soon as possible, so they see accurate trip details.
After the update, ask riders to use the "Logout" option in the app menu and then log back in with their email and password. This makes sure notifications arrive reliably on their device.
📦 Empties Update: New rules for TRT uploads in HubOne
A new SOP for TRT uploads is in effect
Core rule: One upload = one TRT.
Upload:
Use the correct TRT number from the document (check twice), fill in received and returned quantities, enter all quantities carefully in the first check-in.
Submit once — no additional check-ins. Never combine several TRTs in one upload.
Correction (2nd check-in):
Start a new check-in with the same TRT number.
Enter the new quantity only for the empties type that was wrong, leave all other types at 0 (0 = no change). Example: 2 Red TKTs entered, correct is 6 → new check-in, same TRT, Red TKTs = 6, everything else 0.
TRT document missing: Notify SCM, upload a photo showing the quantities per empties type (written on a piece of paper), and use dummy TRT number 0000000.
Background: Only clean counts allow us to claim incorrect empties charges back from REWE. Details on the two attached slides.

Key Updates You Can't Miss
📲 WF App Updates - Live This Week (Android & iOS)
Two changes are rolling out in the Workforce App this week, live for both Android and iOS.
1. Cancellation Flow Update
Why the change? As many of you reported, riders sometimes cancel orders by accident - while the phone is in their pocket, or because of rain. To fix this, we're redesigning the order cancellation button in the order flow:
Cancel only 10 sec after arrived: the "Cancel order" button stays disabled while the delivered slide-button counter is still running (10 seconds after swiping "arrived").
Press and hold to cancel: instead of a normal tap, the Cancel button now needs to be pressed and held to trigger the cancellation flow.
2. Menu + Notifications Redesign
The Menu is now its own tab on the bottom - not hidden in the home screen anymore
Notifications are now accessible from every tab on the top right corner - with a badge for unread messages - so no news are missed!
We're sharing these updates — including a Cancellation Process Refresher Training — with riders in the WF Newsletter this Thursday.
Shelf Change Assistant Coming To HubOne
We're happy to share that the Shelf Change Assistant is coming soon to HubOne! For all 3.0 hubs it will be activated in the next two weeks — 4.0 hubs already know it.
Note: until the process is live in your hub, you'll already see the 'Shelf Change' section in the Inventory Tab — but no tasks will appear yet.
📦 What's new?
A new section in the Inventory Tab in HubOne where all products with shelf changes are shown.
HubOne shows the current and new shelf, stock levels, and facings information.
The old and new shelf need to be scanned to start and confirm the shelf change.
How will it work?
Read all about it here: Shelf Change Assistant.
🧼 Weekly Cleaning Check-Up (WCCU) Update
To save time when filling it in and to reduce complexity, the Weekly Cleaning Check-Up (WCCU) form has been adapted. The main change: Central Upload.
📋 Batch image upload: images no longer need to be uploaded individually per area. Instead, upload the images of all requested (and any further) areas together, in one go, at the end of the form.
⚠️ Please note:
Strict submission deadline: submit the WCCU and cleaning tickets as soon as possible after cleaning — at the latest within 4 hours of finishing.
Understand WCCU vs. Cleaning Ticket: the WCCU is only for assessing the general overall condition; a Cleaning Ticket is specifically for reporting concrete defects.
🚛 Stacking Changes - Test Live In All Hubs
Our routing system has been improved to build smarter, more efficient stacks. Starting this week, we're running a test in all hubs across both markets, comparing the new setup against the current one.
What changes on the ground?
Just one thing to be aware of: you'll start seeing larger stacks again. The maximum stack size in the test is 5 (we normally run at 4). Thanks to the routing improvements, these bigger stacks are now genuinely more efficient - and you'll see fewer 5-stacks than the 6-stacks from the last increase back in May.
What we expect to improve:
Lower PDT
Better delay experience: same on-timeness, but shorter average delays and fewer long ones.
Better stacks overall: fewer orders per stack on average, shorter routes, and far fewer "bad" stacks that cross the hub.
Everything else stays the same - there are no process changes for the hubs.
Shelf Changes & Delistings
Please try accessing the link using your hub's goflink account. Access requests from private mail addresses will be declined. In the Google Drive folder you'll find the G-Sheet files for all hubs affected by shelf changes.
Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming as your hubs, and be careful to use the matching hub code when downloading the files.
Find the file here: Shelf Changes & Weekly Delistings.
Some notes on the sheets:
The sheets are hub-specific — only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.
"SKU": the SKU that needs to be moved to another shelf space.
"oldShelf" (4th column): if empty or showing 999X, we've just assigned this product to your hub — store it in the shelf shown in "newShelf".
"newShelf" (5th column): if empty or showing 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.
If both "oldShelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
"Delisting Status" (8th column): if it shows "Delisted", the SKU has been delisted in your hub — please add the SKU to your rescue bag tomorrow morning.
The changes go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00, so please reorder the products tonight / tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Max Wähnke. Thank you!
