Weekly To Do's
📋 Visa & Work Permit Document Submission
📬 Submit your documents via SAP
We have rolled out a new process for Hub Managers and Shift Leads to submit work eligibility documents directly through SAP — making the process faster and fully trackable.
How it works
30 days before expiry — you'll receive an SAP workflow notification automatically.
Don't ignore it — open the notification and follow the workflow steps.
Upload your documents — new visa, updated permit, or an official immigration office letter confirming your appointment.
Stay compliant — timely submission ensures your continued employment with Flink. ✅
❓ Need help?
If you have questions about the submission process or run into issues with the SAP workflow, reach out right away — don't wait. Contact Workforce Support or reach out to Olga Memmer directly — we're here to help immediately.
⚠️ A Note on Compliance: Please be aware that maintaining a valid visa or work permit is a requirement for employment. If an employee is unable to obtain or keep a valid permit, we may be required by law to terminate the employment relationship without notice.
Best Price Campaign Flyers
We now offer 300+ favourites at the lowest prices on the market, guaranteed. Many customers don't know yet, and that's where you come in.
You'll soon receive special flyers to add to customer orders. Please inbound them. They will be shown during Picking. Please find the quantities here.
⚖️ Weight-based Priced Products Arriving Soon
Last week we introduced the new process of weight based pricing/picking.
📦 The first weight-based items should arrive in your hubs towards the end of this week, or next week. So keep an eye out!
📲 Ensure your OAs complete the guide about the new process in the WF App - Check completions here.
Reminder - What is it?
Currently, our systems cannot handle variable-weight priced items. This limits our assortment in key categories such as fresh meat, fish & special deli items
With weight based pricing, HubOne will be able to recognize weight-specific prices from the barcodes during scanning.
Customers will be charged the correct price based on precise weight of the picked products.
What's changing?
Weight-based products will be highlighted in blue during picking
It is very important that pickers pay special attention during picking, and scan every item separately & correctly
In case of a missed or wrong scan, we charge the customer the minimum price, and therefore loose money.

This & Next Week's Promotions

Key Updates You Can't Miss
🚛 New Dispatching System - Live Across All Hubs
Since last Thursday our new dispatching system (JSprit) is live in 100% of hubs across the Netherlands and Germany, fully replacing the old system. This is a big milestone the team has been building toward for the last half year.
Why The Change?
The old system worked but was hard to extend and fine-tune. The new framework is an industry-standard approach that lets us improve routing faster and tune it to what matters most — getting orders to customers on time.
What It Means For Your Hub
As many of you may have already noticed the new system creates stacking combinations that may seem unusual compared to how we have always built stacks in the past.
The new system has different optimization targets from the old system.
Before: We previously built stacks based solely to maximize efficiency and then sequenced the deliveries for minimal average fulfillment time.
Now: The new system drops the focus on fulfillment time and instead balances efficiency with delivering before PDT. Some stacks looking "weird" is a direct result of the system trying to minimize delays within the current constraints of staffing and order volume.
These changes are intentional. Please do NOT intervene by unstacking them in an attempt to fix them.
Early results from side-by-side testing are positive:
More on-time deliveries
~20% fewer critically late deliveries (more than 30 min late)
Shorter promised delivery times for customers
If you notice any stacks that don't make sense or have other feedback, please report them in: #hub-stacking-feedback
Leadership Training Dashboard Upgrade — Live In The Coming Days
We're happy to share that our Leadership Training Portal is getting an upgrade. The following changes go live in the next few days:
Redesigned interface & MyLearning tab on top: The portal got a visual upgrade, and Hub Managers can now navigate between the Dashboard and MyLearning from the top of the page (instead of clicking the profile icon).
2. Improved mobile interface: The mobile view is cleaner and more user-friendly. You can download the portal as an app directly on your phone or desktop — see the instructions on the login page.
3. Common bugs are fixed: like the completions on the main page not updating.
Coming soon: More interactive formats and practical training for new leads will be added soon!
Shelf Changes & Delistings
Shelf Changes + Weekly Delistings
Please access the link using your hub's goflink account — access requests from private email addresses will be declined. Only follow the sheet that exactly matches your hub's name/code, and be careful to use the correct hub code when downloading.
Find the file here.
How to read the sheet:
The sheet is hub-specific — only the sheet named with your hub code applies to your hub.
"SKU": the SKU that needs to move to another shelf.
"oldShelf" (4th column): if empty or showing 999X, the product was just assigned to your hub — simply place it in the shelf shown under "newShelf".
"newShelf" (5th column): if empty or showing 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.
If both "oldShelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
"Delisting Status" (8th column): if it says "Delisted", the SKU has been delisted in your hub — please add it to your rescue bag tomorrow morning.
Changes go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00, so please reorder and move the products tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. Questions? Reach out to Max Wähnke.
