Key updates you can't miss
⚖️ Weight-based Pricing/Picking - Coming soon
We're excited to introduce weight-based pricing/picking: a better way to offer fresh meat & deli to our customers.
What is it?
Currently, our systems cannot handle variable-weight priced items. This limits our assortment in key categories such as fresh meat, fish & special deli items
With weight based pricing, HubOne will be able to recognize weight-specific prices from the barcodes during scanning.
Customers will be charged the correct price based on precise weight of the picked products.
What's changing?
Weight-based products will be highlighted in blue during picking
It is very important that pickers pay special attention during picking, and scan every item separately & correctly
In case of a missed or wrong scan, we charge the customer the minimum price, and therefore loose money.
👉 Read all about it here!
🥩 The new weight-based products will arrive in your hubs end if this week or next week, so stay tuned for the update!
📲 An Edume Guide is already available for your OAs in the WF App!
🚲 Trip Time Difference: Week over Week — Live Wednesday 17 June
From Wednesday 17 June, the Week over Week (WoW) performance view goes live for all riders in the WF App.
What?
Riders could already see their trip time difference for the current shift, but not how it was trending over time. With the new WoW view riders can see how their performance compares to the hub week over week, with a breakdown by segment so it's clear where time is being gained or lost.
What's new?
Week over Week view: a new section in the WF App showing each rider's performance against previous weeks.
Segment breakdown: trip time difference split by segment, so riders see exactly which parts of the trip drive the difference.
📲 Riders will be informed via push notification and in this week's WF Newsletter.
📅 Goes live: Wednesday 17 June. Read more here.
📦 HubOne Updates — Live Wednesday 17 June
1. Horizontal & Vertical facings
HubOne will soon show vertical facings in addition to the horizontal facings, giving a clearer picture of how products should sit on the shelf.
For this, we're already adjusting how Facings look in the app:
Horizontal arrows line = Horizontal facings (Handling or Single Units): Number of items to be placed next to each other on the shelf
Vertical arrows line = Vertical facings (Handling or Single Units): Number of items to be placed on top of each other on the shelf (coming soon!)
2. Auto-Sync HubOne Settings
New HubOne settings now sync automatically when you're on the home screen — no need to restart the app. A new "Sync settings" button also lets you pull the latest settings on demand if needed.
🚲 Reporting Closed or Inaccessible Roads
If the WF App routes riders through a road that is closed or inaccessible, please note that our systems don't control these routes — they come from Google Maps data. You can report the issue directly to Google Maps; once corrected there, routing improves for everyone.
On your computer:
Open Google Maps.
Top left, click Menu.
Click Edit the map → Add or fix a road.
Select the road you want to fix on the map.
Verify the selected stretch of road.
Under "Edit information," select the type of correction and submit it.
Click Done.
In the Google Maps app:
Open the Google Maps app.
Tap the Contribute tab.
Tap Update road → Other.
Tap the road you want to fix → Next.
Select the type of info to fix and enter the correct details.
Tap Send.
You can read more on the Google Maps Help page.
Shelf Changes & Weekly Delistings
Shelf Changes + Weekly Delistings
Please try accessing the link using your hub's goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.
Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming as your hubs, and be careful to follow the same hub code when downloading the files.
Please find the file here.
Some notes on the sheets:
The sheets are hub-specific. Only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.
"SKU": the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.
"oldShelf" (4th column): if the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your hub — store it in the shelf mentioned under "newShelf".
"newShelf" (5th column): if the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.
If both have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
"Delisting Status" (8th column): if the cell says Delisted, the SKU has been delisted in your hub. Please add the SKU to your rescue bag tomorrow morning.
The changes go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00, so please reorder the products tonight / tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Max Wähnke. Thank you!
