Weekly To Do's
🚨 Important: No Permanent Markers on Harry Crates!
Please stop using permanent markers (Edding, Sharpie, etc.) to label the Harry bread crates.
The Problem: These crates are reusable items and meant to circulate as often as possible. Permanent marker is nearly impossible to wash off without using harsh chemicals that damage the material.
The Solution: From now on, please only use Post-its (peel off before returning) or water-soluble markers (e.g., whiteboard markers).
Thank you for your cooperation!
🛒 Promo this & next week
Please familiarise yourself with the promo file so you're prepared for higher demand on these SKUs.
👉 Here you'll find the products on promotion: Promos for Hubs.
📦 New Stacking Feedback Channel
As our stacking algorithm moves into a more mature phase, we're expanding the feedback loop to all hubs in both 🇳🇱 NL and 🇩🇪 DE.
📢 Please join the new dedicated channel: #hub-stacking-feedback
This new channel is the go-to place for any general feedback you have about stacking - whether something looks off, unusual, or just worth flagging for continuous improvement.
⚠️ Got an urgent issue that needs immediate help?
Please continue to report those in #tech_hub_service-de as usual - that channel remains your first stop for anything time-sensitive.
Thanks again for your patience and for helping us build a better stacking system together! 🙌
Key updates you can't miss
🔄 Restocking Improvements — Goes live Wednesday 3 June
Based on your feedback on Restocking V2, two small but helpful adjustments go live tomorrow.
What's new?
"Adjust stock" stays available: the button now stays active even after a product has already been restocked.
Priority sorting in Restocking: the restocking step now sorts by priority instead of by shelf — just like the private and shared lists. If your private list was already sorted by priority, your restocking list will be too by default.
📅 Goes live: Wednesday 3 June
📦 Smarter Order Assignment through new OA States — Live since Friday
We've improved how picking orders are assigned to OAs.
Since last Friday, HubOne recognises OA activities more precisely, telling apart Rescue Bag, Restocking, and Inventory Checks. Picking orders are now assigned based on exactly what each OA is currently doing — a refinement of the existing logic, not a major change.
The priority order for picking assignments is:
Idle
Inventory checks
Rescue bag
Restocking
Inbounding
OAs performing the same activity are then sorted by priority.
ℹ️ Note: The Hub Portal activities screen doesn't show these new states yet — that's coming in a future update.
🚲 Trip Time Difference — A fairer way to measure rider performance (coming next week Wednesday)
A heads-up before it launches: we're introducing Trip Time Difference, a new rider performance metric that replaces Trip on Time Compliance.
Why the change?
Riders and hubs felt the old metric was unfair. It relied on often-inaccurate Google ETAs, making it hard to be on time, and sometimes pushed riders to swipe early just to hit a target — adding pressure while riding.
What's new?
End-to-end tracking: performance is now based on the total trip time (from trip offer to hub return) compared to the estimate — individual segments are no longer counted as KPIs.
Fairer comparisons: instead of a strict pass/fail for being "on time," performance is compared to the hub average.
Calmer, safer riding: the on-time tracker is gone during riding, so riders can focus on the road and the customer.
How will it work?
Trip Time Difference is the difference between the actual trip (measured from trip offer made to swiping returned) compared to the estimate (the Google estimate & hub benchmark.) Below you can see how the Trip Time Difference is made up of different segments.
During the Trip: Removed on Time Trackers and larger buttons
Live Performance visible after each trip and during the shift:
Rider will see Weekly Performance in the Stats Tab:
Hub Portal: Trip Time Difference and Acceptance Rate as Main Live Steering Metrics:
👉 Read all about it already here.
Release Timeline
This Thursday: Riders receive the full guide on Thursday via the Rider EduMe Guide in the WF Newsletter.
Please make sure they are aware and complete the Guide.
Completion will be visible in the WF Training Tracker as of Friday.
Next Tuesday: A detailed update will be shared in the HM Huddle.
Next Wednesday: Changes go live.
🚀 Flink’s Best Price Campaign: You’re part of the message
We now offer 300+ favourites at the lowest prices on the market, guaranteed. Many customers don't know yet, and that's where you come in. When you hand over an order, you have a moment to change that. A few friendly words can make a real difference.
Here's what customers see in the app, so you know what's behind the campaign:
The Three Things to Know
01 |
300+ prices, lowest online
Not a sale, these are the new regular prices.
|
02 |
Best price on the market
We now match or beat other online supermarkets on key items.
|
03 |
Found it cheaper? We refund you.
Price match guarantee, no questions asked.
|
How You Can Contribute
1. Riders spread the word
We'd love for our riders to inform customers about the new prices wherever possible. Here's the message they'll be briefed on tomorrow:
What to say at the door
"By the way, we now have 400+ products with our lowest price guarantee, the cheapest on the online market. If you find something cheaper elsewhere online, we'll match it and refund the difference. You'll spot them in the app by the blue arrow label."
Keep it light and friendly, you're sharing good news, not selling. One sentence is enough if the customer seems in a hurry. Additionally hand them the Flyer.
|
If they ask questions
Q: Is this just a temporary promotion?
A: No, these are the new prices. Flink has permanently changed pricing on 400+ products.
Q: Which products are cheaper?
A: The most popular everyday items, the things people order most. Customers can see the full list in the Flink app, marked with the Best Price arrow.
Q: How does the price guarantee work?
A: If a customer finds the same product cheaper at another online store, Flink refunds the difference. Full details are in the app.
Q: Isn't Flink still more expensive than supermarkets?
A: Our prices are now the lowest compared to other online supermarkets on hundreds of items, plus delivery straight to the door. It's a great deal overall.
A few tips
Mention it naturally, while handing over the bag and the flyer.
Smile, you're sharing genuinely good news.
Keep it short. One or two sentences is perfect.
If they're in a rush, just say "prices have dropped, check it out" and move on.
2. In the hubs
You'll soon receive special flyers to add to customer orders, along with posters to display in the hub so the whole team can see the campaign. Stay tuned.

Shelf Changes & Delistings
🗃️ Shelf Changes + Weekly Delistings
Please access the link using your hub's goflink account — access requests from private email addresses will be declined.
In the Drive folder you'll find the G-Sheet files for all hubs affected by shelf changes. Only follow the sheet named with your hub code, and download the file for that same hub code. Find the files here.
A few notes on the sheets:
SKU: the SKU that needs to be moved to another shelf.
oldShelf (col 4): if empty or "999X", we just assigned this product to your hub — store it in the shelf shown under "newShelf".
newShelf (col 5): if empty or "999X", the product has been delisted in your hub.
If both old and new shelf have a number, it's a normal shelf change.
Delisting Status (col 8): if it says "Delisted", add the SKU to your rescue bag tomorrow morning.
The changes go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00 — please reorder the products tonight or tomorrow morning.
