Refresher: Sampling by authorities

Food inspectors sometimes take samples of our goods during visits to the hub.

Please note

1. Always ask inspectors to identify themselves upon arrival, e.g., with a business card or a meaningful email address.

2. Allow inspectors to take samples with them.

3. If sealed counter samples, e.g., in a plastic bag, are left at the hub, they must be stored according to the instructions noted on them and kept until the specified date. Do not open before the expiration date!

5. Outbound affected goods in Hub One.

6. Report via Authority Visits/Authority Requests Ticket Control and submit inspection documents if necessary.

🆕 New Feature: Request Stock Check During Dropping (Live Wednesday Morning)

Starting Wednesday, you’ll have an easier way to flag stock issues while inbounding!

How it works:

  • If you notice a clear inventory deviation during inbounding, simply swipe right and click ‘request Stock Check’.

  • Once requested, the check will appear in the Inventory Tab as a regular Stock Check.

This makes it quicker to catch and resolve discrepancies on the spot, keeping our stock accurate and reducing corrections later.
