🗓️ Worked Days Check Reminder
When reviewing student permit holders’ allowed working days:
✅ Use the “tracker_CO” tab in the Worked Days Check sheet. This tab includes only student permit holders.
🚫 Do not use the “tracker_WFS” tab, as it also contains non-relevant employees (e.g., Germans, non-student permit holders) and is used by Workforce Support for document requests.
📢 Enrolment Certificates Update
273 employees have matriculation certificates expiring on September 30, 2025.
Deadline reminder: Upload of the WiSe 25–26 matriculation certificate was due by September 15, 2025.

New Customer Phone Number Request Flow - Go Live Wednesday, 24 Sept
Starting this Wednesday, the workflow to request a customer phone number will be moved from Slack into the Hub Portal.
How does it work?
What’s changing?
The Request Phone button is only available once the order is en route.
The Phone number request will be denied if there was no rider phone call attempt through the WF App yet.
Please ensure your riders always try calling the customer themselves twice through the app.
This way the phone will be masked and we ensure customer data protection.
Phone Number will also be shared after the delivery if it’s requested.

Direct Inbound V2 - Go live in all Hubs Thursday, 25 Sept
Building on the success of auto-created lists for Frozen Goods and Fruits & Vegetables, which resulted in a 20% improvement in inbound speed, we are now expanding this feature to all REWE rollies.
What's New?
Dropping lists will now be automatically created for every REWE rolli you check in..
How It Works
Check-In as Usual: Start by performing the standard Delivery Check-In for the REWE delivery. Once the rollies are checked in, the dropping lists will be created automatically.
Find Your List Easily: Go to the "Inbound" or "Shared Lists" tab and simply scan a rolli's barcode to be taken directly to its auto-created list.
Verify and Drop:
Quantity Check: For auto-created lists, you must now confirm the quantity of each item by tapping the green checkmark before you can drop it. This is an important step to ensure stock accuracy.
Add Missing Items: If you find a product on the rolli that isn't on the list, you can now add it during the dropping process.
Delete Extra Items: If a product is on the list but not physically on the rolli, make sure to delete it from the list.
Important: The goal is to match what is physically on the rolli to the digital list. Do not drop the total quantity of a product if it is split across multiple rollies.
Which Inbound Method Should I Use?
To work most efficiently, choose the best method for your delivery:
Rolli-to-Shelf:
When to use: For rollis where all items are stored in a single location (e.g., Frozen, Drinks, Milk, Tobacco).
How: Use the auto-created list and drop products directly from the rolli to the shelf. No dropping cart is needed.
Dropping Cart-to-Shelf:
When to use: For rollis with items that need to be stored in multiple locations throughout the hub (e.g., a typical Fridge Delivery).
How: For these cases, using a dropping cart is more efficient. You should
delete the auto-created list and create a new one manually for your dropping cart.
What if a List Isn't Automatically Created?
Occasionally, a list may not be generated due to missing delivery data. If this occurs, simply create the dropping list manually as you have in the past. There is no need to report this to the tech-hub-service.

Product Recalls - Process Updates
Affected hubs will be tagged in the post in #de_ops_ channel
Sometimes the recalled batches were only delivered by certain warehouses, which means that not all hubs have to check if they have the recalled product batch in stock.
For these cases only the hubs that are receiving deliveries from the specific warehouses will be tagged.
So, please check if your hub is tagged in the post.
Flowtify task eliminated
There will be no more Flowtify tasks for the recalls. So please make sure to check if your hub is tagged in the recall-post in #de_ops_ or not.
You just need to make sure to use the outbound code “product-recall”.
Three possible product recall actions
The post in #de_ops_ will tell you which of the following actions should be taken. (note: All actions should begin with outbounding the affected products with the reason code “product-recall”)
Disposal (properly dispose all products from recalled batch)
Blocked products (put all products from recalled batch aside until further notice)
Return (put all products from recalled batch aside for pickup)
New process for Blocked products (2.):
Hubs put blocked products into a box, for e.g. banana box (but please not larger), and store them in the hub until further notice.
Hubs comment how many boxes they packed in the recall-post and tag SCM (@supplier_ops_de).
New process for Return (3.):
Hubs put products for Return into a box, for e.g. banana box (but please not larger), and store them in the hub.
Hubs comment how many boxes they packed in the recall-post and tag SCM (@supplier_ops_de).
SCM claims the recalled products at Rewe and lets Rewe know how many boxes they have to pick up.
Rewe sends return-labels to SCM.
SCM forwards the return labels to the hubs.
Hubs print return labels and put 2 on each box (one on top and one on the side).
Hubs give the boxes to the next Rewe delivery driver.

Tech Hub Service FAQs: Vehicle Unassigned Issue
Lately riders sometimes experience an issue where they have a bike assigned, but in the Hub portal their status is still “Temp offline / No vehicle assigned”
👉🏽 What to do in these cases:
If a rider has already selected an operational vehicle in the Workforce app but their status in the Hub portal still shows as “Temp offline/ No vehicle assigned”, follow these steps:
Ask the rider to re-punch:
Close the Workforce app completely (remove it from background apps);
Punch out from the shift and select "End of shift" as the reason;
Wait at least 2 minutes (this step is important);
Punch in again and reopen the WF app.
Try to assign the vehicle again in the Workforce app after re-punching in.
If the issue persists:
Go to the Fleet tool in the Hub portal;
Check the status of the bike the rider is trying to use;
If the bike is not in “Operational” status, either:
Change the bike’s status to “Operational”, or
Ask the rider to assign a different operational bike.
If the bike is already Operational:
Repeat steps 1 and 2 again;
Ask the rider to force-close the app, clear cache and storage and also reinstall it.
Make sure to wait at least 2 minutes between punch-out and punch-in;
It may take a few tries, but this usually resolves the issue eventually.
