VISA - Matriculation Recollection
Currently, 461 working students hold a valid enrollment until 31 August 2025 under a student visa. Out of these, only 160 have uploaded their new confirmation of enrollment, which are currently being reviewed by the team. 301 students have not yet uploaded their updated matriculation certificate.
Please remind all working students to upload their next semester’s matriculation certificate via the Fountain recollection link if they haven’t done so yet. The deadline for certificates expiring on 31.08.2025 is 15.08.2025.
To avoid delays in document processing, we strongly encourage not to create additional Zendesk tickets and escalate only urgent cases, as this slows down the review process and increases workload unnecessarily.
Thank you for your support!

Quantity Verification during Dropping - GoLive this Wed - 6 August
(this is already live in all hubs which are currently testing Direct Inbound V2)
Starting tomorrow, all hubs will see an additional step during dropping of auto-created lists:
Before you can drop a product in the app, confirm the quantity by clicking the tick mark, as you are used to doing during list creation of manual lists.
Double check that the quantity in the app is also the quantity you are dropping.
Only after confirming the quantity, you can drop the product
This helps to double check we inbound the correct quantities and avoid accidental dropping.

Shift Extension - Release to all Hubs this Wed - 6 August
Starting tomorrow, we will release the automated rider shift extension feature to all DE hubs:
During high-stress times (high PDT) riders will get an in-app message 20 minutes before their shift ends, asking them to extend their shift to help the hub. Like today, they will then have 5 extra minutes after their scheduled shift ends to accept additional trips. The only difference here is the message in the app.
During low-stress times (low PDT) the system will automatically punch riders out when they return to the hub after their planned shift ends (removing the 5min buffer we have currently). Riders will no longer be able to decide for themselves if they want to extend their shift.
Only if really needed, Hub Managers or Shift Leads can still manually extend shifts or create new ones in Quinyx as a fallback option (e.g. nearing hub closure).
🆘 For any issues contact us via #tech-hub-service-de

Hub Managers can now use HubOne only when punched in
All employees have to be punched in for a shift in the hub when using HubOne. Since last week this requirement also applies to Hub Managers.
If, when logging in with your Employee number, you see the error message “You are not punched in yet. Please complete that step before you log into HubOne” - please double-check that:
a shift exists in the Quinyx schedule of that hub for the current time (note that last minute changes need some time to synchronise);
You successfully punched in via Flink webpunch;
HubOne is logged in the correct hub.
As a hub manager, please make sure you create a Quinyx shift for yourself and punch in/out when working in the hub.
🆘 For any issues contact us via #tech-hub-service-de

Hub Portal Access Requests moved to IT Service Desk
To streamline access permissions, Hub Portal access has now to be requested from the IT Service Desk by creating a Hub Portal access ticket via itsupport.goflink.com.
The request will be sent for approval to the Hub manager and Area Manager. Ideally, let your hub manager know about the request so they approve it.
As a Hub Manager, you will get an email from IT Service Desk to approve the access.
If a request is made by the Hub Manager, access will be given automatically.
If an employee doesn’t have a goflink account to login to IT Service Desk, they can login with the hub account to create the ticket or the request can be created by their manager on behalf of the employee.
Accessing the Hub Portal
After you have received the access please note that there are two login methods for Hub portal, selection is offered on the first step of the login process:
“Continue with goflink account” button - if you have a goflink account, use this option to login
“Continue with email” button - if you use your private email registered with your workforce account
→ Choose the login method based on your available login/email address.
→ For users with a goflink account access is also provided automatically on the first login with the correct login method, make sure you tried to log in first before creating the ticket for the IT team. If necessary - adjustments can be made by request to the IT team via the form mentioned above.
🆘 For any issues contact us via #tech-hub-service-de

Shelf Changes + Delistings____________________________________
Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.
Based on your feedback, we accommodated the delistings in the shelf change list. Column H (Delisting Status) will flag if a SKU has been delisted. Therefore we are removing the Delistings section from the newsletter. However, with our folder restructuring the shelf change link will take you to the g-drive folder, where you will find the current week’s change; change archive and the Delistings Archive separately.
Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here
Some notes on the sheets:
The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.
"SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.
Thank you!
