Next-Day Orders – Now Live for All Customers
After a successful limited test, next-day delivery is now available to all Flink customers as of this week.
We’ve also launched a marketing push to promote the feature, so we expect to see a rise in next-day order volume in the coming days.
What to keep in mind:
Daily caps remain in place to avoid overloading hubs the next morning
Orders appear in the Hub Portal on the day they’re placed, with a note that they’ll be delivered the following day
These orders show only in the “All Orders” view and are excluded from other filters
They may temporarily increase average fulfillment time, but this does not impact KPIs
We’ll continue to monitor how this expansion affects operations. Thanks for your support in making it run smoothly!

No More Perished & Damaged Refunds for Rescue Bags
Starting tomorrow, rescue bag refund requests for Perished & Damaged reasons will no longer be accepted. This change comes in response to feedback from several hubs who highlighted that rescue bag refunds were impacting their post-order issue rates.
By excluding these requests, we aim to create a clearer and fairer view of hub performance, helping teams focus on the issues that truly reflect operational quality.
Thank you to the hubs who raised this; your input directly supports better processes for everyone!

Tech Hub FAQs
This week, we would like to address frequently asked questions about Rescue bags
Q: Rescue bag was created in the Builder tool, but is not visible in the Stock and is not available in the Store
A: For many products, when their stock goes to zero, the assignment to the hub gets deleted automatically. For the Rescue bag SKU, it happens too. Inbound of such products (or for Rescue bags - creation in the Builder tool) is possible, but it will take up to 30 minutes to re-create the SKU assignment to the hub. After 30 minutes or less the SKU will be visible in stock and will be available for purchase.
If you need to check the stock sooner, please refer to the Stock change log in the Hub portal.

New in HubOne: Pink Dot Notification for Cancelled Orders: Go live - 9.7.25
You asked, and it’s here! Starting tomorrow, HubOne will show a new notification whenever a canceled order is ready to be re-inbound.
Keep an eye out for a pink dot on the inbound tab. This small update makes it easier to spot re-inbounds and helps avoid missed items.
Thanks to all the hubs who requested this; your feedback directly improves our tools!

Shelf Changes + Delistings____________________________________
Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.
Based on your feedback, we accommodated the delistings in the shelf change list. Column H (Delisting Status) will flag if a SKU has been delisted. Therefore we are removing the Delistings section from the newsletter. However, with our folder restructuring the shelf change link will take you to the g-drive folder, where you will find the current week’s change; change archive and the Delistings Archive separately.
Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here
Some notes on the sheets:
The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.
"SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.
Thank you!
