TRT Files: Handling and Documentation
In order to improve traceability and gain better control over our returnable container (Leergut) processes, we want to remind all Hub Managers of a few key principles when it comes to handling TRT slips.
✅ 1. TRT Slip Must Be Handed Over at Every Delivery
Each REWE delivery must come with a TRT slip. If the driver does not provide one, please proactively ask for it on the spot.
If the driver does not carry a TRT slip, note down how many Rollcontainers or TKT containers were delivered and how many empties were returned, including the exact type of each (TKT, Rollcontainer, Klappbox, IFCO).
Then, please report this via the ticket type “Delivery Issues.”
🖊️ 2. All Entries Must Be Completed Before the Driver Leaves
Make sure all container counts are filled in and the driver signs the TRT slip before taking their carbon copy.
🔒 Once the slip is signed and handed over, no changes can be made. In case of discrepancies, REWE will rely on their copy, so accuracy and timing are essential.
📥 3. Upload & Field Completion
The TRT slip must be uploaded promptly in the system, and the pictures should be of clear quality.
Please take a moment to carefully complete all required fields and double-check the data for accuracy before submission.
🗂️ 4. Proper Archiving
All original TRT slips must be stored chronologically in a dedicated folder at the hub.
🚫 Do not mix TRT slips with delivery notes or other paperwork.
🗃️ Never throw away any TRT file or folder — keep everything neatly organized for documentation and audit purposes.
By consistently following these important routines, we ensure transparency, accountability, and smooth operations in our returnable container process.
In case of a change in personnel, please make sure new Hub Managers or Shift Leads are properly briefed on these procedures.
📌 Lastly, please print out these guidelines and place them visibly in the Hubs so that this process remains top of mind for the whole team.

20Fifty LTX Bikes
There are some 20Fifty LTX bikes that have technical challenges.
TO DO:
Every rider must check the bike for functionality before starting a ride.
Currently, please look twice as carefully at the new Cycle Bikes.

Key updates you can't miss____________________________________
📦 Inbound Update: Collaborative Dropping. Live: Wednesday - 4.6.25
We're excited to roll out an additional improvement to the Dropping List process that will make teamwork during inbound easier and more efficient.
To prepare for this change, we will hide the Inbound tab tonight from ~ 22:30-23:15 to enable the new feature without inbound lists getting lost, A reminder will be sent via Slack also.
Current Process:
Only one OA could claim and work on a drop-down list at a time. This limited visibility made it difficult for multiple OAs to collaborate effectively.
New Process:
Multiple OAs can now claim and drop the same list at the same time!
This means:
Better collaboration on large deliveries
Improved tracking of who is working on what
Smoother, faster inbound process
How It Works:
Claim a list as usual.
In the Shared Lists overview:
If 1 person claimed it, you’ll see their name.
If multiple people claimed it, you’ll see the number of people.
You’ll also see this info at the top of the list once claimed.
Note: lists will not auto-unclaimed anymore after 15 minutes
Additional Updates:
Facings info is now shown at the top of the product cart. Once a product is inbounded, that info will disappear.
The list auto-refreshes every 5 seconds for real-time updates.
If you are trying to inbound a product which had already been inbounded by someone else during a refresh, you’ll get a warning message. It is not possible to drop the same product twice.
🚨🚨 HubOne Update Tonight 22:30 - 23:30 🚨🚨
🚨To prepare for this change, we will hide the Inbound tab tonight from ~ 22:30-23:15 to enable the new feature without inbound lists getting lost. A reminder will be sent via Slack, also.
At 22:30 tonight, please:
Stop inbounding and unclaim any shared lists (progress in claimed lists will be lost during the update)
Hard close & reopen HubOne now
The Inbound tab will be hidden, and available again by around 23.30
Update to be shared in tech_hub_service channels
📄 Please see the detailed presentation here.

AVG at Customer Time Name Change to AVG Manual At Customer Time
To improve clarity and understanding, the metric previously known as "AVG at Customer Time" will now be called "AVG Manual At Customer Time."
This change highlights that the metric is calculated solely based on the rider's manual swipes when they arrive at the customer location. It does not include any geo-fencing corrections based on GPS data.
The methodology behind the metric remains the same, only the name is being updated to more accurately reflect how the data is captured; this change will show in both WF app and Hubportal.

Shelf Changes____________________________________
[1.0 + 3.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes
Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.
In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.
Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here
Some notes on the sheets:
The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.
"SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.
Thank you!
