For picking use Cart Mounters.

If shoulder straps did not arrive in your hub please inform Wiktoria Malinowska

Return to Hub Swipe Delay

To address the issue of riders delaying their "Return to Hub" swipe, which leads to increased trip times, reduced UTR, and rider bottlenecks, we want to enforce the Return to Hub SOP through rider education and targeted feedback for underperforming riders and hubs.

Hub Managers should review this list for their respective hubs, identify the relevant riders, explain the SOP to them, and hold a feedback session regarding the swipe delays.

Smartvelo - Repair Confirmation

  • We would like to reduce the number of falsely claimed repairs and improve the communication between the Smartvelo mechanics.

  • To do so, repairs performed by Smartvelo can now be confirmed at the end of the maintenance visit.

  • To do for the HM / SL / OA+: Check the repairs together with the mechanic and have him enter your name in his mobile form.

  • The name will appear in the notification-channel.

Fleet Tool in Hub Portal Update

There has been a small update to the Damage Reports in the Fleet Dashboard: “Archived by” is now “Closed by” and also shows who marked a damage report as fixed.

This way you can see if a damage report has been by the mechanics or by the hub (more suppliers to be added soon!).

Shelf Changes____________________________________

Screenshot 2025-05-25 125601.png

[1.0 + 3.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes

Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.

In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.

Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here

Some notes on the sheets:

  • The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.

  • "SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.

  • "oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

  • The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.

Thank you!
