Key updates you can't miss __________________________________

Compliance Tool Updates

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve implemented several improvements to the Compliance Tool. The main updates include:

  • Cleaning and Ops Committee shifts are no longer counted as eligible for warnings.

  • Hub Managers and Shift Leads will no longer receive automated warnings via the compliance tool. Any automated warnings issued via the compliance tool to them previously can now be considered void and excused. This does not apply for manually requested warnings.

If you notice any wrongly sent warning due to the tech issues, feature requests or bugs/ inaccurate data in the compliance tool, please flag them here.

Note: Please do NOT use this form to request warnings to be excused, that should continue to be done via Zendesk.

Safety Refresher for Employees - See Completions in Looker Studio

Two weeks ago, we launched the Safety Refresher Training, a mandatory training for all employees who are with Flink for longer than 1 year.

We have now integrated the completion tracking into the Onboarding dashboard!
Hub Manager can track completion status for each employee in the Employee Level tab.

Here’s a quick breakdown of how it works:

  • ‘Not completed’ is shown for employees who:

    • Completed the Onboarding course over a year ago, or

    • Joined Flink over a year ago but never completed the Onboarding course.

    • 👉These employees need to complete the Safety Refresher Training, afterwards the status will change to 'Completed'

  • 'Not eligible’ is shown for employees who:

    • Completed the Onboarding course within the last year, or

    • Joined Flink less than a year ago.

    • Important: While they’re not yet eligible for the refresher, they should still complete the Onboarding course if they haven’t already.

Please make sure everyone eligible completes this training, to ensure we comply with legal training requirements!

The training can be found in the WF App -> Training Section

Pickers Needed Indicator Update - live tomorrow, May 21st

Tomorrow, we will update the logic behind the Pickers needed indicator in the Hub Portal - Orders Dashboard.

The indicator considers the time a rider would take to arrive back at the hub and accordingly indicates how many pickers should be currently picking. We’ve improved mathematical models and estimations behind, thus the number should be more accurate. 🚀

Shelf changes_________________________________

[1.0 + 3.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes

Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.

In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.

Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here

Some notes on the sheets:

  • The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.

  • "SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.

  • "oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

  • The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.

Thank you!
