Direct Inbounding
On 19th March (tomorrow) we're introducing auto-created dropping lists, which are ready to drop immediately after scanning the rolli. Since frozen items are typically dropped in a single location within the hub, a dropping cart isn't needed, and we can skip the list creation step.
When to use which method?
Collaborative Inbound x Dropping Cart
Use for rollis, which need to be inbounded in multiple locations in the hub
Direct Inbounding
TKTs, which can be inbounded in one location in the hub.
Process step by step:
After you scan a Frozen (TKT) rolli during the Delivery Check-In, the dropping list will be automatically created.
Bring the rolli to a location which allows easy access to all freezers.
Find the created list under ‘unclaimed lists’ with the stars icon.
The number of the list is the Rolli SSCC number.
Claim the list as usual to start dropping.
Scan a product on the rolli and the list will scroll to that item automatically.
Edit, Delete, and Outbound products directly on the dropping step.
Fruits&Veggies Auto Created Dropping Lists coming next week!

Weekly insights__________________________________
Please create escalations correctly and escalate only urgent requests ticket IDs are required when escalating a ticket. Also, please use the correct form for WFS escalations for us to prioritize your requests. We highly recommend of not contacting team members via private Slack messages as it will only delay us on working on your requests and will create an additional workload.
VISA - Matriculation Recollection
Last night, over 100 employees were paused as their matriculation certificates expired on February 28. Please, remind the employees to update their new certificates as soon as possible using the sent Fountain recollection links or ZenDesk. Kindly note that unpausing these employees may take up to one week. Escalating individual cases will not be effective, as our team is managing a large volume with limited resources, making it impossible to maintain a two-hour first reply time. You can check the status of your employees in the respective cluster sheet.
Furthermore, around 1800 cases of open matriculations expire on March 31. We are working on reviewing cases internally with support from Zenjobers.
Please support us by reminding the students in your hub that they must submit their current enrollment certificate as soon as possible.

Shelf changes
_________________________________
[1.0 + 3.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes
Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.
In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.
Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here
Some notes on the sheets:
The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.
"SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.
Thank you!
