Drinks Assortment: GFGH Assortment

We revamped the GFGH assortment (=all drinks which get delivered in crates).

What's new?

  1. Standardized assortment of 90 GFGH SKUs.

    1. Previously, the amount varied significantly across hubs, resulting in overcrowded shelves in some and empty shelves in other regions

  2. New GFGH set up allows accurate shelf planning + enough shelfspace to place at least 1 HU of GFGH SKUs in the frontstock

  3. Expect new SKUs arriving in the next 2-3 weeks.

JET x REWE Bags

Please pay close attention to JET x REWE orders. Always use JET x REWE Bags.

To Do:

  1. Scan all JET x Rewe Bags at the start of picking.

  2. If your hub is out of JET x Rewe Bags, order new bags immediately via Coupa

Un-outsourcing of some Wolt Drive and Uber Direct orders

Our policy for automatic un-outsourcing of Wolt Drive and Uber Direct orders was recently improved, and you might see more Wolt and Uber Direct orders that are eventually offered to internal riders after being outsourced for a while.

In cases when Wolt or Uber rider was not found in 20 minutes, or was taking 20 minutes longer to arrive than was promised when the offer was accepted - outsourcing will be cancelled and the order will be redirected to delivery by an internal rider.

Weekly insights__________________________________

  • Please create escalations correctly and escalate only urgent requests ticket IDs are required when escalating a ticket. Also, please use the correct form for WFS escalations for us to prioritize your requests.

VISA - Matriculation Recollection

  • Currently, 181 matriculation cases expired on February 28, are still open. Please, remind the employees to update their new certificates as soon as possible using sent Fountain recollection links. Be aware that considering the actual Team’s size and the large number of documents to be recollected, a reactivation of a paused account can take up to 1 week.

Furthermore, 2473 cases open matriculations expiring on March 31.

  • Without a valid enrollment certificate, continued employment is not allowed. If we do not receive any feedback from the employees, we are obliged to pause their Quinyx accounts!

Please support us by reminding the students in your hub that they must submit their current enrollment certificate as soon as possible.

Shelf changes

_________________________________

[1.0 + 3.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes

Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.

In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.

Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here

Some notes on the sheets:

  • The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.

  • "SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.

  • "oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

  • The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.

Thank you!
