Flunch V2 - Full Release on Thursday, 20.02.25 at 6 am

Not applicable for: Augsburg, Berlin, DĂźsseldorf, KĂśln, Leipzig, Ludwigshafen, LĂźbeck, Mannheim, NĂźrnberg (already live)

This Thursday morning, we will switch all remaining hubs over to our new Flink Webpunch (Flunch) V2.
This is a new technical setup which connects Webpunch directly with the WF App to avoid delays coming from Quinyx.

What does this mean?

  • The main difference is that hubs need to log in to the Webpunch Tablet with their goflink (Okta) credentials instead of Quinyx credentials.

  • The punch-in/out process itself remains unchanged.

👉 Please read all details about the change here.

To be prepared for the update, please:

  • Make sure you know your Hub account Okta credentials (same as for the hub portal)

  • Make sure the Okta Authentication is set up with the Hub Phone - you might need this to verify the login.

  • Here is how to change the phone linked to the account

In case of any questions or issues, please use #flunch-v2-hypercare where our teams will be available for hypercare.

[REMINDER] Onboarding in the Workforce-App for Food Safety 🚀🥬🤓

To comply with food hygiene standards and avoid mistakes in food handling, all hub employees (Riders, Ops A, SLs, HMs) must complete their Food Safety onboarding in the Workforce app at the start of their Flink job. The training is engaging and ends with a fun quiz. So let’s go: Who hasn’t done it yet? Who wants to do it again?

1. Where can you find the onboarding training?

2. Where can you see the completion rates for the onboarding?

HMs, AMs, RMs, and certain HQ employees (e.g., Food Safety Manager, Learning & Development Team) can access and download the data via Looker.

VISA - Matriculation Recollection

  • Currently, 336 employees whose enrollment is valid until February 28, 2025, and who have a student visa have still not uploaded a new enrollment confirmation.

  • Without a valid enrollment certificate, continued employment is not allowed. If we do not receive any feedback from the employees, we are obliged to pause their Quinyx accounts!

Please support us by reminding the students in your hub that they must submit their current enrollment certificate.

EN

  • Due to lower staffing in the team, we are experiencing an increase in reply time this week.

    • Please create escalations correctly and escalate only urgent requests icket IDs are required when escalating a ticket.

    • Escalate vacation requests only once an employee requests in Quinyx and it is handled by the vacation tool. Escalating vacation requests that are not handled yet by the vacation tool creates only more work and does not allow the team to get to other requests made by employees.

  • We also kindly ask you to remind the employees to not open multiple tickets so that their issues can be solved more quickly and to choose the most suitable option in the contact form for faster reply times.

Shelf changes

_________________________________

[1.0 + 3.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes

Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.

In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.

Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here

Some notes on the sheets:

  • The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.

  • "SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.

  • "oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

  • The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.

Thank you!
