<b>Ordering process for employees and customers</b>

Open the Flink website in your web browser.

The first thing you will be asked for is your address, because it is always assumed that you want your order to be delivered to your home.

The desired products are placed in the shopping cart as usual.

When you go to the shopping cart, you can choose between "Delivery" and "Click &amp; Collect".

In the payment process, you have the option to type in your discount code.

Go to the picking tab in the HubOne app and press the icon on the top, right-hand corner.

Scan the QR code of the order which is in the Order Dashboard in the HubPortal (available on the hub computer or TV screen).
