Process Reminder: No Shows

  • Every shift that you see as a no-show must be checked (Ops Associates and Rider).

  • Request in the ROM channel to double the shift you need to replace.

  • Project Code: "NS+ shift".

  • The original shift duplicate, will be flagged in the comment as "refilled”. So you know which shifts are already duplicated.

When assigning ns+ shifts, priority should be given to Riders who do not have their contractual hours filled.

Key updates you can't miss __________________________________

Order can't be delivered - Go Live Thursday 30th January.

We have a new process being rolled out to all DE hubs, which allows the rider to mark orders as 'can't be delivered' in the app directly, and automates the rider-hub-CS communication.

The main changes for Riders: When a customer is not reachable they will mark the order as can’t be delivered.Riders should always follow “At Customer” SOP, before they click “Report delivery not possible”

The main change for Shift lead/OA+: After the rider submits an order ‘can’t be delivered’ a request will automatically be sent to the hub’s Customer Care slack channel which will need to be either confirmed or denied, after this if order is confirmed to be canceled it will be instantly canceled.

SL/OA+ Process:

Slack bot message sent to hubs via CC slack channel:

Rider app view:

Please make sure your riders use this new flow. In case of any issues you are still able to use the Slack Workflow to request cancellation yourself.

Rider widget removed from Orders tab

To make the hub portal more efficient, the rider widget will be removed from the Orders tab, and now be only part of the Activity Tab, where OA and Rider information are already combined. This change simplifies how we access live employee updates by centralizing everything in one place.

Using the Activity tab as the main source for live staff information will make it easier to manage teams in real-time and improve how we work together to keep our hubs running smoothly. This update will help streamline daily operations and enhance overall efficiency with the hubs.

We are continuing to improve the hub dashboard as we look forward to your feedback.

Activity tab - to be used on the TV screen

Orders tab - to be used on the Hub PC

Shelf changes

[1.0 + 3.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes

Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.

In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.

Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here

Some notes on the sheets:

  • The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.

  • "SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.

  • "oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

  • The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.

Thank you!
