Picking Carts Feedback

We want to hear your feedback so we can keep improving our hub equipment. Please fill this quick survey and let us know your thoughts (your answers will be anonymous)

__________________________________________________________________________________________________

Reminder: Participate in the Child Form Survey!

So far, only 25% of employees have completed the Child Form survey. If you have children, participating in this survey is especially important, as it ensures that the child tax benefits can be applied correctly—resulting in a higher net salary for you.

We kindly ask for your support in completing the survey as soon as possible. Additionally, we encourage Ops Associates Plus, Shift Leads, and Hub Managers to motivate their teams to take part.

Key updates you can't miss __________________________________

Customer phone number removed from orders dashboard

Currently customer phone numbers are shown on the orders dashboard. To help protect our customers’ data and understand how we can improve our internal processes, we are removing the phone numbers from the Orders Dashboard.

Instead, a workflow will be added to your hub's CS channel that will return the customer phone number. You only need to fill in the order number and the reason from a drop down menu.

Reasons:

  • Rider unable to call the customer via the app

  • Rider does not speak the customer’s language

  • Need to arrange a re-delivery

The feature will go live at 11am Wednesday 15th

Understanding why we need to call customers will help us to improve our processes.

[3.0 Hubs] Shelf ChangesPlease try accessing the link using hub's goflink account. Access request using private mail address will be declined

3.0 Hubs Shelf Changes

:rotating-light-red:

IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 3.0 setup.

:rotating-light-red:

In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.

Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here

Some notes on the sheets:

  • The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.

  • "SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;

  • "shelf" - 3rd column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like de-listing);

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

  • The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.

Thank you!
