Manual Assignment of JET Orders - live on Thursday 26-12!
Previously manual assignment of JET orders was not possible.
As of Thursday, it will be possible to assign them manually in the same way as for regular orders, using “Assign rider” action in the menu under the three dots icon.
It is still not recommended to interfere with the automatic algorithms that stack and assign orders, but in cases when it is absolutely necessary - you can use this option.
Note: this does not apply to Wolt Drive or Uber Direct orders.

Delays in responding to enquiries from the Workforce Support Team 📱
Delays in reply time in the Workforce support team
Due to shorter working week, we are expecting delayed reply times and full resolutions times.
Please create escalations correctly and escalate only urgent requests and ticket IDs are required when escalating a ticket.
We also kindly ask you to remind the employees to not open multiple tickets so that their issues can be solved more quickly and to choose the most suitable option in the contact form for faster reply times.
When Working students are taking absences, please make sure not overschedule them in the same week. Note: Mini-jobbers and working students should make sure that they are working in line with their contractual working hours. Overstepping these can result in adjustments to their vacation and sick payments.
