OA Widget in Live Steering - live 18 Dec
As of tomorrow, Dec 18th we will add an OA Widget to the Activity Dashboard.
👉 This widget gives you the overview of your OAs’ activities at a glance in the Hub Level Dashboard.
👉 Besides, we heard your feedback and added the picking time per item back in the widget, this way you don’t need to switch to the employee level page to see OA’s live picking speed.
👉 Now you have all hub activity information at a glance to utilize this dashboard on your TV screens!
With this update we are also fixing some displaying issues from last week’s release.

Weekly insights__________________________________
Delays in responding to enquiries from the Workforce Support Team 📱
Delays in reply time in the Workforce support team
Due to planned & unplanned absences, we are experiencing an increase in reply time this week and full resolution time in payroll-related tickets.
Please create escalations correctly and escalate only urgent requests, we are working on solving the tickets and we will process payroll tickets as fast as possible with our current resources.
Ticket IDs are required when escalating a ticket.
We also kindly ask you to remind the employees to not open multiple tickets so that their issues can be solved more quickly and to choose the most suitable option in the contact form for faster reply times.
When Working students are taking absences, please make sure not overschedule them in the same week. Note: Mini-jobbers and working students should make sure that they are working in line with their contractual working hours. Overstepping these can result in adjustments to their vacation and sick payments.

Reminder: Re-Delivery Check Workflow 🔁
With the introduction of the Help Center to request item refunds, it’s crucial to be more careful with re-deliveries. That’s why it’s important to always use the re-delivery check workflow in your hub’s Customer Care Slack channel for every re-delivery, including quick corrections that Riders handle during their trips. This ensures we prevent situations where customers receive both a re-delivery and a refund.
Important to keep in mind:
Only entire bags or orders that were forgotten or delivered to the wrong customer may be re-delivered. Single items should not be re-delivered. This is because it’s often more expensive to re-deliver an item than processing a refund, and re-deliveries negatively impact your hubs’ and your employee’s UTRs.

3.0 HUBS
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 3.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.
Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here {LINK}
Some notes on the sheets:
The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"shelf" - 3rd column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
