Follow-up: empties š
Last week, we shared the new empties process with you. We have a couple of follow-ups regarding the process:
Integration of forms in your Zebras: since last Wednesday, youāre able to access the empties preparation form and the TRT empties return form directly in your Zebra.
āCounting boxes: when filling in the empties preparation sheet, count ONLY IFCO-boxes (black).
Counting TKTs: when filling in the empties preparation sheet and the empties return form, count both red and blue TKTs.

Empty stock checks for shelf 999X š
Last week, some of you experienced empty fresh and BBD checks for shelf 999X that couldnāt be completed. This issue occurs when products that werenāt assigned to the hub or havenāt been at the hub in a long time still appear during the checks.
The team is aware of this issue and is looking into it. For the time being, this might affect the check completionās rate, but we are working towards a solution šŖ
Inbound priorities š
Below you find the order you should follow when inbounding. Please make sure that all Ops Associates adhere to this order:

Cancellation workflow simplification š”
We are removing the cancellation workflows for JET, Uber Eats and Wolt and combining them under the āFlink - order cancellation requestā workflow.
This change will make it easier for Customer Service agents to process cancellations.
Access the āFlink - order cancellation requestā workflow in the bookmarks of the folder "Workflows for Hubs" in your Customer Care Slack channel:
If you need to report an Uber/Wolt driver, please use the separate workflow.

2.0 HUBS
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here {LINK}
Some notes on the sheets:
the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please contact @space_planning.
