[Update: Hub Portal] New columns in the Performance tool đ˛
We have introduced the columns Next Shift and Last Feedback in the Performance tool. This means that you can now see the last time a feedback discussion was recorded in the Feedback Tracker and the next time the workforce will be present in the hub.

[Reminder] Setup of the acrylic area by today 04.06 EOD đĽ
The new acrylic area must be set up near the Shift Leadâs desk and consists of 4 shelf numbers, namely 600 A-D.
Hereâs how to do it:
Depending on your hub's specific space, set up your acrylic area with either a new, narrow shelf or an existing shelf near the Shift Leadâs desk. You can find the setup for your hub in columns I-K here.
After that, print the barcodes 600 A-D and attach them to the corresponding shelf locations.
By Tuesday evening, youâll find the items in your shelf change sheet that will move from the picking parcour to shelf 600.
The items within the acrylic box wonât change. The entire box will be moved from the shelf in the picking parcour to the new shelf area 600.
Once youâre done, send a picture to the channel with your hub code, and tag your Area Manager to verify the setup.

[Reminder] IceFrocks Inbound đ§đ¸
The inbound of the IceFrock SKUs is done regularly by scanning the barcode. Please consider the short time the ice cubes last without cooling.
The freezers will have the shelf numbers 700X & 700Y, unless told otherwise.
In approx. 14 hubs, the chests are already integrated into the parkour. In this case, the shelf number is individual.

We are also getting some alerts about overstocked fridges, especially in hubs where thereâs no cold storage room. Weâve taken this into account and reduced the safety stock on slow moving products in the assortment. You should see a decrease by Tuesday.
If you have any more concerns, raise a ticket in Hub Alert and weâll solve it as soon as possible.

[Reminder] Add Refer-a-Friend flyers and new customer booklets to the orders đ
Quick reminder to add the flyers to all orders, and the booklets to all orders made by new customers! This helps a lot in acquiring new customers and generating new orders.
This also includes external orders and Too Good To Go orders.

[ACTION] 2.0 Hubs Shelf Changes
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Some notes on the sheets:
the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
