[Insight] Bundle mitigation is back! 🍓🍓🍓
The mitigation for bundles is back and should reduce the amount of zero stock orders you get due to bundles.
There are two types of bundle fixes:
Products we sell as either a bundle or as single product:
This is mainly for F&V and fresh products.
We sell these products only as bundles until the stock level falls below 3x the bundle quantity.
After that, we hide the bundle and sell the products as singles only.
Products we sell as a bundle and as single at the same time:
For these products, the bundle will show as OOO once the stock level falls below 3x the bundle quantity.
[Go-live] Workforce app: new all-in-one support 🧑🔧
This Wednesday 25.04, we are launching a new support section in the Workforce app where Riders and OA’s can go to for all their issues related to contracts, shifts, salary, absence, accidents, and more.
This section was created so our workforce can comfortably go to one place to make requests, report issues, upload documents, learn more about certain topics and access other platforms.
See how the section works below:
👩🏫 See more about the support section here
[Go-live] Workforce app: new sickness request process
Sickness requests for Riders and OA’s are now done via the new support section in the Workforce app. Please make sure that your Riders and OA’s are aware of this. See more about it below:

[Insight] Issue fix: changing stacks during manual trip assignment 🚴♂️
When manually assigning a trip to a Rider, it could happen that the stack would change in the middle of this process. Then the wrong stack would be assigned, and it could cause other issues, such as the same order appearing constantly on the Picker phones. This is now fixed!
Now, if the trip changes while you try to assign it to a Rider, you receive the following message asking you to try again:
When this happens, close the trip assignment menu. Reevaluate the current status of the hub and determine which trips to assign.

[Update] New ticket workflows 📄
We adjusted the ticketing workflow to make it easier for you to create tickets 🚀
We will close #work-food-safety-support and implement new ticket solutions in Zendesk by the end of next week regarding food safety, work safety, and pest problems.
If you have any unsolved issues in this channel, raise a ticket so we give them proper attention.
[Update] Changes in the ticket escalation workflow 📈
We implemented 2 new changes to the escalation workflow:
We added the fields Topic and Cc to give you the option to specify your escalation ticket.
We changed the name of the channel to #de_pm-qesh_escalation.

__________________________________
[ACTION] 2.0 Hubs Shelf Changes
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here {LINK}
Some notes on the sheets:
the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
