[Go-live] New List Verification Step when Inbounding Single Units šŸ“²

What’s new?

  • Now that we have more accurate Handling Unit data in HubOne, we’re using it to create an additional list verification step during the inbound process.

  • Important: This feature is only active for products that we can't match with desadv based inbounding, meaning non-rewe products and, for example, when you can’t scan a rolli code and DESADV-based inbound doesn’t work.

Why is this important?

This step helps Ops Associates to double check that they are inbounding the correct quantity of units.

Here’s how it works:

  1. When you inbound a certain number of Single Units and they don’t match the Handling Unit size, you will receive a notification to do a list verification.

  2. This means you need to confirm that the number of Single Units is correct.

    • If it’s incorrect, you can adjust the number of Single Units.

Example:

  1. We expect to receive a Handling Unit with 6 wine bottles

  2. The OA inbounds 7 bottles

  3. The list verification step appears

  4. The OA double checks the amount and corrects if necessary

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ« See our brushed up OnePager about it

[Insight] More live metrics in the Employee level dashboard in Hub Portal! šŸ“Š

From Thursday on, you’ll see % Acceptance Rate for riders

  • Calculation: Orders Accepted / Total Orders Offered to Rider

→ Next week, more OA stats will be added:

  • Items inbounded

  • SKUs checked

Reminder: Last week, we added Trip on time compliance. This metric is calculated as follows:

  • = Trips completed within <10% deviation from Google riding time ETA / Total trips

  • Important: One trip means each trip to the customer (for each order in a stack) + the trip back to the hub

    • This means that, if a Rider was on time on his way to the customer (single stack) but delayed on the return to the hub, the On Time Compliance will be 50%

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ« Learn more about these features here

[Action/Reminder] Insert correct Lieferscheinnummer in Flowtify check for Delivery of Bio Products šŸ“ƒ

When doing the Flowtify check for the delivery of bio products, the number given in the Lieferscheinnummer field is very often incorrect. Everytime this happens and we get checked by authorities, we receive a penalty.

To avoid this, please instruct all hub employees to pay extra attention 🧐

In the meantime, we are looking into making this process easier and smoother for you.

Here’s some examples of where you get the Lieferscheinnummer. Share them with your hub employees:

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
