[Update/Go-live] Full DESADV matching when scanning a rolli - Go-live 28.02 🛒
Firstly announced in the training calls last Thursday, and now officially here:
From tomorrow (28.02) onwards, HubOne will know the full amount of delivered items stated on the delivery slip (DESADV) after you scan one rolli.
What this means:
Before: When you scanned one rolli, HubOne only got the information of the items in that rolli you scanned.
Now: When you scan one rolli, HubOne receives the information of all items of the whole delivery, not just from that one rolli.
What this means: if an SKU has multiple Handling Units split between different rollies, HubOne will show the amount of Handling Units placed on all rollies.
What you need to do: Make sure to locate all handling units of the whole delivery – not just the handling units on one rolli.
What you still need to be doing:
You still need to scan each rolli before starting the inbound process! If you don’t scan each rolli, the SSCC matching won’t work properly and your fill rate will be negatively impacted.
Having issues with scanning the Rolli Barcode? Here’s what you need to do:
If you receive the error message below when scanning a rolli, do the following:
Make sure you scanned the correct barcode on the rolli. HubOne will only move forward when you scan the correct barcode.
If scanning the barcode doesn’t work, enter the rolli ID manually.
If the manually entered rolli ID isn’t working either, proceed by clicking the option “Continue anyway”.
In this case, we haven’t received the SSCC data from Rewe yet and will follow up centrally to get the ID immediately.
Please note that this is a rare case that will only come up few times. As this is a known issue, there is no need to report these cases.
Important: do not scan another rolli instead of the original rolli you are inbounding! Doing so will potentially negatively impact the SSCC matching and therefore your inbounding fillrate.
→ In general, make sure to always scan the rolli ID and only press “continue anyway” if you have followed the procedure above and there is no other option left.
👩🏫 You can also see this process here under the dropdown “Barcode error” in the FAQ.

👩🏫 Read more about them here under the dropdown “Actions”.
[Insight] Issues with contacting customers during deliveries: troubleshooting 📲
Do your riders struggle to contact customers or receive phone calls in-app during deliveries? 🤔
This could be because their phone number is entered incorrectly or is outdated in the Workforce app.
Ensuring the phone number is correct and includes the correct country code (+49XXXXXXXXX) guarantees they can contact customers during deliveries.
Simply visit My Account > General Information > Your Profile > Phone Number to check that the phone number is up-to-date.
👩🏫 Learn more about it here
[Update] Max. Hours now adjustable in the Workforce App ⌚
What is Max. Hours?
Max. Hours is a shift planning tool that allows hub employees to set their maximum working hours and their availability. In other words, hub employees can tell us how many hours they’re available to work and when they’re available to work those hours.
Good news: They can now adjust their max. hours directly in the Workforce app. 👏
Here’s how it works:
Head to the Workforce app and click My Account → General Information → Your Profile → Max. Hours.
Enter how many hours you’re willing to work every week.
👩🏫 Read more about it here.
[Insight] Updates on the Live Steering Dashboard - new metrics available! 💻
Great news! We are including more Rider KPI’s in the live steering dashboard. Here’s the breakdown:
Live today: AVG at customer Time (mm:ss)
Live next week: Trip On Time Compliance %
What encompasses this KPI: Actual riding time compared to ETA (= cycling time for the full length of trip (all stacks + back to hub) - 10% buffer
At customer time (after swiping 'arrived') will not be reflected in this KPI.
For the “Inside Hub” section, we also have an update for you 🤩
From now on, you will be able to see Shift Lead and Hub Manager activities in the dashboard as well.
Note: they will show idle as long as they are not doing HubOne tasks

if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
