[Go-live] Live Steering V1 - Live on 14.02. š±
We have a new Hub Portal update for you š„³
You will now have access to a new employee level dashboard with live data displayed in the Activity Tab in the Hub Portal.
Whyās it important? Well, live steering allows hub leadership to course correct during the shift and to respond to problems in real-time with live metrics for all hub employees.
So whatās changed? š¤·āāļø
OA+, SL, and HMs will now have access to the new dashboard displaying multiple live metrics per employee:
Compliance tracking KPIs for OAs & Riders:
(Current) Activity
Punch-In
Hours Worked
Utilized Break Time
Performance evaluation KPIs for OAs
Orders picked
Avg picking time / item (excl. packing time)
The list shows all employees with a shift scheduled on that day (sorted by activity). Only employees with an approved sick leave will be removed.
The general rundown:
You will have access to the dashboard with your personal accounts via Two Factor Authentication. This requires a one-time setup via an Authenticator App (Okta Verify or Google Authenticator) - check it out here in the FAQ section!
After this, you need to enter a code from your authenticator app every time you access the dashboard.
Use these insights to identify low performers and support your employees during their shift š¤
Note: More metrics for Riders and OAs will be added soon! (Acceptance rate, At customer time, % On Time Trips, Pre Delivery Issue Rate, # inbounded, checked, restocked)

We love to hear from you, so the feedback form will be shared next week
[Insight] Fixed: all Riders can now call customers through the Workforce App š²
Up until now, it was common for Riders to not be able to call customers through the Workforce App. This has been fixed now! š„³
However, this only works if the rider has their phone number correctly set in their profile (country code in the beginning, with no spaces).
If calling is not working for a Rider, please make sure their number is correctly set in the profile, as in the image below.
ā
ā
ā For data protection reasons, please DO NOT send the riders the customer's phone number directly!
The Rider can also update this number themselves in the WF App, by going to My Account -> General Information. They can check these instructions as well here.
š If they have their number set correctly but they still cannot call through the relay service, please report it in #tech_hub_service-de.
[Insight] #tech_hub_service-de: Everything You Need to Know š
Ever wished you could just have your answer somewhere instead of waiting for it? š¤
Well, weāve made all your FAQ dreams come true:
We have compiled a comprehensive list of the most frequently asked questions, together with all the information you need to know about our services here.
Before opening a ticket, or if you have issues outside of our service hours, make sure you donāt already have the answer there š”
The Tech Ops Team thanks you!
[Insight] SAP Access Removed for Riders, OA & OA+ š±
As we have recently made some system improvements in the self-service feature in the Workforce App, SAP is no longer required for certain Flinkers š
For this reason, the SAP accounts of riders, OAs and OA+s were disabled on Friday 2nd of February.
Your tasks have never been made simpler: you have less logins, less apps, and more streamlining š
Donāt keep it a secret: encourage your Riders & OAs to access their payslips via the WF App. They can check more on how to access them here.
š For any issues, please raise a ticket in #tech-hub-service_de
[Insight] Inbound Everything - Known Issues š§°
Many of you are still experiencing some common issues with the āInbound Everythingā functionality, which can lead to the following issues:
A product was inbounded but it does not appear in the HubOne app
A product is in the hub, but an inventory correction cannot be performed
A product was sold, even though it is not available for sale in the catalog
We hear you, and weāre working on a fix - this should be resolved within the upcoming weeks š ļø
š If you notice any of these issues, please report them in #tech-hub-service_de! When you let us know, we can keep track of your reports, and it will help the team to identify the problem. Donāt be shy - we never sleep, except after service hours!
[Insight] Bundles causing zero stock orders š
Unfortunately, we have temporarily removed the solution to avoid the zero stock orders caused by bundles due to the increase in waste and OOS perception for our customers.
The good news is that we are looking into a long-term solution to fix this issue. We want to be able to provide you with more than a quick fix, and to find the permanent solution you deserve šŖ

[Insight] Empties collection from Rewe š¦
New guidelines from Rewe just dropped š„
Hereās what you need to know:
Empties filled with recyclable materials such as cardboard and plastic can be transported together with groceries on the same truck. Itās important, however, that there is a āspatial separationā between the recyclable materials and the groceries.
What do they mean with āspatial separationā? š¤Ø
Spatial separation refers to both the packaging/securing of the recyclable materials (e.g. bags or straps) and the storage space on the truck (e.g. right and left, near the truckās sidewalls).
Houston, we have a driver problem š
In case a driver refuses to take any empties with recyclable materials even though spatial separation would be possible, please take pictures and create a Hub-Alert ticket.
A little (big) reminder from the guideline:
The new guideline also includes a reminder that itās important to not mix the recyclable materials. Otherwise, the Rewe warehouse could deny future collections of recyclable materials.
Please use the poster below to see how to separate the recyclable materials. You can also find it here.
